Tangled ! Final Part !

"You ok?" Tommy asked looking at me. "I'm terrified." I said looking at him. "Why?" He asked as I sighed. "I've been looking out a window for eighteen years, dreaming about what it might feel like when those lights rise in the sky. What if it's not everything I dreamed it would be?" I said looking at him. "It will be." He said as I smiled and leaned in as we shared a sweet kiss. 

"All those days watching from the windows. All those years outside looking in. All that time never even knowing. Just how blind I've been. Now I'm here, blinking in the starlight. Now I'm here, suddenly I see. Standing here, it's all so clear, I'm where I'm meant to be. And at last I see the light. And it's like the fog has lifted. And at last I see the light. And it's like the sky is new. And it's warm and real and bright. And the world has somehow shifted. All at once everything looks different. Now that I see you" I sang as I smiled at him. 

"I have something for you-" I said handing him the satchel. "I should have given it to you before, but I was just scared. And the thing is, I'm not scared anymore. You know what I mean?" I said looking at him as he set it down. "I'm starting to~" He said kissing me as I blushed. "All those days chasing down a daydream. All those years living in a blur. All that time never truly seeing, things the way they were. Now he's here, shining in the starlight. Now he's here, suddenly I know. If he's here, it's crystal clear, I'm where I meant to go." He sang as I smiled at him. 

"And at last, I see the light. And it's like the fog has lifted. And at last, I see the light. And it's like the sky is new. And it's warm and real and bright. And the world has somehow shifted. All at once, everything is different, now that I see you." We sang together as he smiled and kissed me deeply as I blushed. "Is everything ok?" I said as I noticed he was distracted. "I need to take care of something~" He said as I nodded. "There, it never happened. Now wash up for dinner. I'm making hazelnut soup." Deana said as she saved me after Tommy fled. It wasn't like him at all.

I didn't say anything just kept my head low. I hated being back in the tower. "Huh. I really did try, Nikki. I tried to warn you what was out there. The world is dark and selfish and cruel. If it finds even the slightest ray of sunshine, it destroys it." She said as she left. I tore apart the room after realizing I was the long lost prince. "Nikki? Nikki what's going on up there?" I heard Deana say as I stared at her. "Are you alright?!" She asked. "I'm the lost prince." I mumbled. "Oh please speak up, Nikki. You know how I hate the mumbling!" She said as I glared. "I'M THE LOST PRINCE. AREN'T I!?" I yelled looking at her. "Did I mumble mother? Or should I even call you that?" I snarled. 

"Oh Nikki, did you even hear yourself? Why would you ask such a ridiculous question?" She said as I growled. "It was you! It was you!" I yelled. "Everything that I did was to protect...you-" She said as I growled. "Ugh!" I yelled pushing her away. "Nikki!" She said as I went down the stairs. "I've spent my entire life hiding from people who would use me for my powers-" I said. "Nikki!" She yelled going after me.

"But I should have been hiding from you!" I yelled. "Where will you go? He won't be there for you~" She said smugly. "What did you do to him!?" I yelled pushing her. "That criminal is to be hanged for his crimes." She said as I gasped. "No!" "Now now, it's alright. Listen to me. Everything is as it should be~" She said patting my hair. "No!" I said grabbing her hand. "You were wrong about the world. And you were wrong about me! And I will never let you use my hair again!" I yelled throwing her. "You want me to be the bad guy? Fine, I'm the bad guy" She growled.

"Nikki? Nikki let down your hair!" Tommy yelled as I was tied up and had a cloth over my mouth. "Nikki, I thought I'd never see you again!" Tommy said as he climbed up my hair only to be stabbed by Deana. "Now look what you've done Nikki~" Deana said smirking. "Oh, don't worry, dear. Our secret will die with him~" She said as I struggled. "And as for us, hmm! We are going where no one would ever find you again!" She yelled as Whiskey bit onto her dress but she flung him away as tears were in my eyes.

"Nikki really! Enough already! Stop fighting me!" She yelled. "No! I won't stop. For every minute of the rest of my life I will fight! I will never stop trying to get away from you!" I said trying to catch my breath. "But if you let me save him, I will go with you." I said looking at her. "No! No, Nikki!" Tommy said struggling as he was holding his wound. "I'll never run, I'll never try to escape. Just let me heal him, and you and I will be together. Forever, just like you want. Everything will be the way it was. I promise. Just like you want-" I said panting. 

"Just let me heal him." I said as she chained Tommy up. "In case you get any idea following us." She growled. "Tommy!" I said running to him sobbing a bit. "Oh I'm so sorry- everything's going to be ok-" I said caressing his face as he coughed. "No, Nikki-" He said as I frowned. "I promise you. You have to trust me-" I said. "No-" He said pushing me away as I was confused. "Come on. Just breathe~" I said placing a sweet kiss on his lips as he coughed heavily.

"I can't let you do that-" He said as I frowned. "But I can't let you die~" I said about to cry. "but if you do this.." "Shh shh shh-" I said wiping away his tears. "Then you...will die" He said as he coughed again. "Hey, it's gonna be alright-" I said looking at him. "Nikki, wait-" He said forcing a smile as I looked confused. He grabbed a broken shard and cut my black hair as it turned white, as I looked so confused. "Tommy- what?" I said looking confused as the hair as it kept turning white. "NO!" Deana said grabbing the hair. 

"No no no no! What have you done!?" Deana yelled as her hands turned grey. "NO!" Deana yelled as he hair turned grey. Whiskey pulled the hair length as Deana fell out of the tower. "No no no no no. Tommy-" I said starting to cry as his eyelids were weak. He coughed up blood as I frowned. "Oh. Look at me, look at me, I'm right here, don't go, stay with me, Tommy–flower gleam and glow, let your power shine, make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine–" I started to sing placing his hand on my head as I was at the brink of tears.

"Nikki..." He said weakly as I looked at him. "What-" I said cupping his face. "You were my dream..." He said weakly as I frowned. "And you were mine..." I said kissing him as he breathed his last breath as I flung my arms around him sobbing. "Heal what has been hurt. Change the fate's design. Save what has been lost. Bring back what once was mine. What once was mine." I sang in between sobs as he coughed and sat up as I looked confused, backing away. 

"Nikki-" He said as I gasped. "Tommy!" I said running to him as I flung my arms around him. "Did I ever tell you I have a thing for ravens?" He said as I laughed. "TOMMY!" I yelled kissing him deeply as he laughed and kissed back. 

Everything is as it should be, we got married a few months later and we have a little girl, this couldn't have ended any better.
