As we arrived at the cafeteria, I sat down, and before I could say anything, the hadsome boy hurried off to buy me a bottle of water and some toast. He soon returned, placing the water and the toast in front of me. "Here you go," he said gently, "Drink the water, and I got you something to eat. You should take care of yourself." His kindness sent butterflies fluttering in my stomach. He then pulled up a chair next to me and asked with a smile, "soo...What's your name"

"Sasha," I replied, smiling softly. "And you?"

He met my gaze, his eyes warm and inviting. "Lucas, I am a bachelor's student "

I was taken aback I thought I knew everyone in the Baccalaureate program, but I was seeing him for the first time. "Me too! Are you new here?" I asked, surprised.

"Yes, I am," he replied, still holding my gaze with a charming smile. "Now, eat your food and drink the water. Class is about to start."

When I finished eating, I stood up. Lucas quickly offered, "Do you want me to help you get to class?"

"No, thank you. I'm okay," I said, smiling. "See you soon."

I hurried off to class and sat next to Emma, eager to tell her about Lucas

I hurried off to class and sat next to Emma, eager to tell her about Lucas. "He was so handsome and charismatic," I gushed, my eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Girrrl! You've already fallen for him," Emma teased, laughing. "I have to see this guy."

After class, the bell rang, and we gathered our books, freshened up, and headed out. I was chatting with Emma about a new mascara brand when I accidentally bumped into someone, causing my books to scatter across the ground.

"Oh, I'm so sorry! I was looking for someone," the person said. When I looked up, it was him  "Lucas! What are you doing here?" I asked, surprised.

"I was looking for you," he replied, his voice filled with concern. "I wanted to make sure you were okay."

I wondered how he knew my class since, as far as I remember, I never told him where it was

"Aww, so you're the famous handsome boy," Emma teased, grinning.

I shot her a look that said, "Shut up!" But Lucas just smiled and offered his hand. "Hi, I'm Lucas."

Emma shook his hand, still smiling. "I'm Emma, Sasha's best friend."

"Nice to meet you, Emma," Lucas said, then turned to me. "Sasha, do you want me to give you a ride home? Just so I know you're safe and sound."

Before I could answer, Emma jumped in. "Sasha, my grandma's really sick, and I need to go see her in the hospital."

I knew she was making it up her grandma passed away two years ago. She was just trying to push me into going with Lucas. We exchanged glances, and her eyes said, "Go with him, this is your chance."

My gaze replied, "We'll talk about this later."

"Alright, let's go. My car isn't far," Lucas said, flashing me a charming smile.

Emma left, and Lucas helped me collect my books from the ground. We then walked outside the school together. He insisted I wait while he brought the car around, not wanting me to walk since I was tired. A few minutes later, a sleek black BMW pulled up, and I was stunned. How could a 19-year-old have a car like this? Maybe his family was wealthy. He stepped out, opening the door for me with a gentleman's grace. "Come on, pretty girl," he said, smiling warmly.

I got into the car, still in shock, and he gently closed the door before getting in on his side
