It's been five months since my mom has came home drunk and school has let out. Jacob and I had our nine month anniversary. Jacob has been doing absolutely amazing in football. Ryan has stopped annoying me. Winston and Casey have been the same as usual-always together. Hayden and Ryder have been the 'it' couple in our high school. Brooke and Asher have been taking it slow since its been hard with Asher going to Devenford prep but now since schools out we all can all hang out. Our house has been rebuilt and my mother and I are moved into the house with Mouse.
Today Jacob is coming over to help me paint my room. Luckily, every other room was painted and decorated but mine.
"Cal, I got the paint!" I heard Jacob shout as he came up the stairs and into my room.
I grabbed the paint brushes and the roller. Jacob set the cans down and he opened them.
"This is the color you want right?" He asked as he set the paint lid down.
"Yes," The color for my brand new room was a purpley gray.
I dipped my brush in and started to paint.

I sat at a booth at a small ice cream shop called 'Scoops & Sweets' with Jacob as I dug into mint chocolate chip ice cream.
"I'm so tired," Jacob whined.
"I know and thank you for helping me get my room painted and decorated!" I waved my spoon around.
"No worries," Jacob took a sip of his milkshake.
"So what do you want to do." I asked, suddenly bored.
"After we finish this we could maybe see what our friends are doing and we could throw a last minute bonfire."
"We could do that or we all could take a road trip somewhere!" I said as I sent the group message.
"Or both," Jacob said as he took my spoon out of my right hand shoved the spoon in my ice cream and ate a large bite.
"Both, but where to?"
"Well we already live at a place with a beach so going to a beach would be pointless. We should also stay in this country to save money since college is creeping up on us."
I nodded. "Jake, look over there." I
pointed across the restaurant and as Jacob turned away I took his milkshake and drank the rest of it.
Jacob turned back around to face me and his crooked smile that was playing on his lips dropped.
"California, I was going to drink that!"
"Since you called me California. . .I'm not sorry."
Jacob sighed and slowly got up from his seat.
"Let's go find our friends and see where they want to go and if they want to come."
I nodded and we walked to the exit and into the parking lot and into Jacob's black Jeep.
"I'll text them all in a group message to meet us at-" Jacob cut me off.
"Tell them to meet me at my house."
"Oh yeah, my mom is crabby today."
Jacob laughed and nodded.
"My mom and dad are on a business trip-as usual. So we all can sleepover at my house and figure out if we are actually going to do the road trip."
"Yeah, a sleepover!" I pumped my fists in air like a little kid.
Jacob shook his head and started to laugh. "Weirdo,"
"Hey!" I smacked Jacob's and as he pulled into his driveway and pulled the car into the garage.
My iPhone buzzed from Ryder responding to the group message.
He said hat he and Ryder would be at The McCalls' house in a few minutes but they have to pick up Asher and Brooke.
I responded to the text for them to bring clothes.
I noticed Jacob was reading over my shoulder. "Baby, you don't have a change of clothes."
"I can steal your clothes for tonight and them I can go to my house to get stuff for the road trip."
We got out of the car, went inside of the house and walked upstairs to the living room.
"What should we do until they get here?" I asked, curiously, leaning on the couch.
Jacob leaned in towards me, as if he was going to kiss me but the doorbell rang. Jacob muttered some colorful words under his breath as he walked to the front door.
"You guys just had to come right when I had the perfect timing to kiss California." Jacob said as he opened the door to let our friends in.
Ryder walked in with Hayden and their bags and Asher and Brooke walked in with their bags.
"Sorry, but then you defiantly wouldn't have answered the door." Ryder sniggered.
Jacob shot Ryder a fatal stare as he set his bags down next to everyone else.
"We just need Casey and Winston here." Hayden blurted.
"Well we can't start the Bon fire without them so what should we do to pass the time?" I asked everyone.
I looked at Hayden for a suggestion but she was busy staring deeply into Ryder's Hazel eyes. Then, I looked over to Brooke who was busy flirting with Asher.
Jacob pulled me towards him and smiled. "Since they're all busy, I can do what I was going to do."
Jacob pulled me towards him and he kissed me for about two seconds until Ryder started to shout 'Get a room!' At us.
"Ryder, I don't do that to you and Hayden." Jacob pouted jutting out his bottom lip like a spoiled five year old girl.
"That's because we only do stuff like that when no one is around." Ryder winked at Jacob.
I gasped and looked over to Hayden. "I should tell your little brother Alex!" I chided.
"You do that too!" Hayden looked at me shocked.
I started to burst out in a fit of uncontrollable giggles. You know the ones you hear in the middle of class from that one weird kid who's always never paying attention to what's going on around him. "I'm kidding,"

My marshmallow was engulfed into flames as soon as it fell off of my stick.
"I need a new marshmallow," I sighed, this was at least the fifth one I've dropped tonight. My marshmallow roasting skills aren't the greatest.
Casey handed me the bag. "Here,"
"If we do the road trip we all need to bring a decent amount of money for gas and food." Asher said as he but in to his S'more. The only S'more I had was smashed into my face by my lovely boyfriend, Jacob.
"We could rent an RV or something like that." Ryder suggested.
Everyone nodded their head and said a quick yes.
"But where would we go?" Hayden asked as she licked the chocolate off of her fingers.
"Somewhere in this Country," Jacob told them.
"Yeah, to save more money. Maybe no place with a beach-well we could go to that state but I'm not going to the beach because I live right next to one." Asher agreed.
"Yep, but I know I want to go to LA." Brooke told us as she looked into the glowing fire.
"Yes! Tons of my favorite celebrities live in LA." I said as a poked another marshmallow on my stick and started to roast it.
"Okay guys so LA?" Winston asked with a mouthful of chocolate.
"Yes," We all said in unison.
"Okay so tomorrow we get a RV or what every and goo to LA." Jacob said, his blue eyes shining in the darkness.
I looked at my boyfriend, so grateful to have someone like him.
I heard a twig snap. I jumped out of my seat and ran towards Jacob.
"Jacob is this what you do when we are gone?" I turned around to face an angry Carol.
"You're back early,"
"Yep and you can cancel the stupid road trip idea."

I know such a long time since I updated and I'm sorry for that. Sadly for 'If only' I've been ruining out of ideas to make the book more interesting.
But I have started a new book called 'Untouchable'. You should let me know what you guys think about it. Be 100% honest with me. If you think the book is horrible tell me so I can improve my writing!

Oh I almost forgot if you're a fan of my book Broken and you want me to make a sequel I'm sorry to tell you that I will not be making a sequel because I think Danny and Josh don't really have anything left but a stereotypical marriage. If that makes sense. Probably not.
