#5 | BABYSITTING
Wednesday arrived, and with it came the responsibility of babysitting Shouyou's little sister, Natsu. You woke up earlier than usual, groaning as you rolled out of bed. Throwing on a pair of casual jeans and a black hoodie, you headed to Shouyou's place, wondering what the day would have in store.
When you arrived, you rang the doorbell, expecting Shouyou to answer. Instead, the door flew open, and Natsu practically jumped into your arms. "Y/NN!" she squealed, her hug almost knocking the wind out of you. You chuckled, hugging her back tightly. Natsu had grown a lot since you last saw her; her ginger hair was now styled in a cute half-up, half-down look, and she wore an oversized t-shirt with shorts, embodying the carefree spirit of a teenager.
"Were you alone at home all this time?" you asked, slipping off your shoes. It seemed odd that Shouyou wasn't the one who greeted you at the door.
Natsu shook her head, pointing toward the living room. "Nope, Kenma's here," she said, her voice nonchalant as if this were no big deal.
Your eyes followed her gesture to the familiar faux blonde lounging on the couch. Kenma was there, his hair messily tied into a bun, a few strands escaping to frame his face. He was dressed in a black hoodie and matching sweatpants, looking every bit as though he had just rolled out of bed. "Oh... hi, Kenma," you greeted him, trying your best to sound casual despite the awkwardness that immediately settled in the air.
"Hey," he responded quietly, barely glancing up from his phone.
As soon as you turned away, you whipped out your phone to shoot Shouyou a quick text, your irritation bubbling to the surface. This was not part of the deal, you thought as you typed furiously, wondering what exactly Shouyou had been thinking by leaving you alone with Kenma.

You tucked your phone away as Natsu grabbed your hand and dragged you into the living room. She plopped down on the couch, and you took a seat beside her, noticing the movie paused on the TV. "To All the Boys I've Loved Before, huh?" you read aloud, raising an eyebrow. Natsu giggled and nodded, her attention already shifting to what the day might hold.
"So, Natsu, what's the plan for today?" you asked, trying to inject some enthusiasm into your voice.
"Can we bake?" she asked eagerly, her eyes lighting up.
You grinned. Baking was one of your favorite activities. "Of course we can! But what should we bake?"
"Cookies!" Natsu exclaimed, her voice brimming with excitement.
"Cookies it is!" you agreed with equal enthusiasm. The two of you hopped off the couch, ready to head to the kitchen, but not before Natsu turned around and called out to Kenma. "Kenma, get your ass in here! You're helping!"
