Chase and Lexi left Nashville and went home to Dawsonville for a few days. Thursday morning when the alarm went off hella early Lexi was moody.
"Why is the alarm clock going off at 3 am William Clyde?" Lexi hisses.
"Because we have to be in Chicago. I have a few things to do today and I have a surprise for you grumpy gills." Chase says.
"I'm sorry it took me a while to fall asleep because your daughter was messing around with my bladder." Lexi says.
"I am sorry baby girl. I promise after the surprise we will go and check in and I'll let you take a nap before we do anything else today." Chase says
"Okay, I'm sorry I snapped. I can't wait to see what you have planned." Lexi says.
They both get up and get dressed. Lexi packed a few things in the bags before leashing the dogs.
They head to the airfield and park. They board the plane and once cleared Chase took off for Chicago. TTttT
A little bit later they land in Chicago and get off the plane. They made it in perfect timing. They stop at the hotel and drop the dogs and their bags off.
They head off to the place they needed to be. Lexi was excited. Chase parks and they get out of the car.
"A sunrise hot air balloon ride?" Lexi asks.
"Yes baby and we get breakfast as well." Chase says kissing her head.

They both dig into their breakfast. It was as amazing as it looked. No sooner than they finished eating did they take off. Lexi went to the edge of the bucket to watch the sun rise. Chase came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. Lexi leaned back against him.
"Was this worth waking up early for?" Chase asks kissing her head.
"It was." Lexi says.
Chase leans down kissing her softly. It was a beautiful sunrise. A little bit later they land safely on the ground and they get off the balloon. They then have the toast and get their certificates. They then head to the car and head to the hotel.
