The next morning Lexi and Chase woke up when the alarm went off.
"Thank you for showing me the behind the scenes action at the track yesterday. I know I have a hard card and can go pretty much anywhere but it was cool to see you talk about it and you show me around." Lexi says.
"I know I am glad I could do it it too. Even better that we got to ride together and then you took over the car and drove it." Chase says.
"I did and it was bad ass. I thought driving at Dega was cool but nope and I did it five and half almost six months pregnant." Lexi replies.
"And better than thé professional. You didn't get a Darlington stripe." Chase says kissing her head.
"I know. I am also glad Gianna and I worked things out. I know how close you and Ry are and I wouldn't want a rift between me and Gi to cause any issues between you two." Lexi says.
"Baby that wouldn't have come between us trust me." Chase says.
"I know I'm just glad we made up. I love Gianna and I am glad to have her in my life." Lexi says.
"I know. We better get up we have to head to the track. It's going to be busy day for me." Chase says.
Lexi nods. They get up and get dressed. They grab their bags and the dogs. They then head out. Gianna meets them.
"You coming back to Charleston with me or staying here?" Gianna asks.
"Would you be mad at me if I said stay here?" Lexi asks.
"Of course not. But are you okay?" Gianna asks concerned.
"I am just very nauseous and I don't want to damper your weekend. But have and please be safe." Lexi says hugging her.
"I will. I am glad we are okay. That's why I left and drove here, because I didn't want this rift between us." Gianna replies hugging back.
"I love you, now go get back to the party and your friends. We will do something fun together just you and me." Lexi says.
"I love you more." Gianna says.
She breaks the hug says bye to Chase and gets into the car and heads out.
"You okay?" Chase asks.
"Ask me that when the world stops spinning." Lexi replies.
Chase helped her to the car. He then got the bags and dogs and they head to the track. Lexi had her seat back and her eyes closer.
