It's been weeks since I went to school and I haven't seen Ava nor Eve since then, The new term hadn't even started yet and I was already missing them. I picked up my phone to call Ava but she beat me to it, it was like she read my mind. Really wanting to hear her voice I picked the call.
"Mays big news, Luke is throwing a party at his place later today and he invited the both of us."
Really? Wow his parties are always lit, they're the biggest ones any one from our set ever throws, But I have his number, why didn't he just text me?
"Yh, well I don't know, so you're coming right?"
Hell yeah who would miss out on of his parties? so what time is it?
"Urm I think he said by 7:30 the party should be getting started."
Wait what? 7:30, You know my mom won't allow me leave home once it's 7, how do you expect me to leave the house, sneak out? Btw aren't his parents home?
"Yh exactly, I'll come over with my sister and her car and we'll pick you up and drive you to the party, and no his parents are out the country for a business trip so he has the house all to hiself all throughout the month so I have a feeling the party wont just end this evening, and luckily because today is a Friday it could last all throughout the night."
K well then so you'll be outside my house 7:30 sharp?
"Yh I will."
Great, bye see you later then.
"Bye *mwah*"
*A few hours later*
"Mom in going out to the mall, if you need anything just call me and I'll get it for you, I'll be back soon okay bye" I said as I dashed out of the house before she could reply because I can't lie to my mom, she knows me in and out, she can tell if I'm telling the truth or not, but right now I don't want to be investigated.
I actually needed to go to the mall, I didn't want to turn up to Luke's party in a plane dress or jeans and a plane top. I ran down a few blocks away from my house so my mom wouldn't see me and/or chase after me and I called an Uber.
I got to the mall in a matter of 10 minutes to 12 minutes, I went from shop to shop, I was looking for a normal but new outfit. I entered and searched for clothes I could wear for the party but the places I went to didn't really have it.
I was surprised because I went to H&M, Forever 21, American Eagle, Uniqlo, Express and Hollister but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I was expecting a call from mom but she hadn't called, I was getting a little worried but I shook of the feeling and walked into Madewell.
It's been over 40 minutes since I got here and there wasn't any dress or top that got my attention, I was getting frustrated. "If I don't pick anything in this shop I will leave cus I'm so fucking tired" I said to myself. I was shocked at my own words, I wasn't the type of person to curse, I wanted to think about it a bit more when I walked past a few clothes that got my attention. They were just regular clothes but in my style, as soon as I saw them I smiled on the inside, I bought them and walked out.
I wanted to go back home with just these clothes but I knew mom would inquire about what I bought so I bought a few extra things, some chips and others snacks that I could put in the pantry and some basic groceries.I Ubered my way back home, sneaked inside the house but my mom caught me, stopped me and asked why I ran out the house earlier and I told her I just wanted to buy a few things, the pantry and fridge were running low and so I decided to restock them. My mom shot me a look of disbelief and I brought out a few bags of Lays chips, Prime, Gatorade, Oreos and a few others and then my mom finally looked like she believed me. I didn't want my mom to catch me so I quickly went to stock them up and I ran quietly to my room and kept the clothes in my wardrobe.
"Just 6 more hours" I said.
