Everyone ran towards the washroom in which Khushi locked herself. "Khushi open the door!" Kartik told her very sternly as he was worried because the wound was bleeding and it needed to be dressed soon. "No means no bhaiya I'm not coming out. Pehle Vyom Bhai mujhe promise kro no treatment then only I'll come" she stubbornly replied from inside.

Everyone was getting worried as they really didn't want her to get more sick. "Bhai kuch karna parega! She needs to get dressed soon she is bleeding and it's not good" Vyom whispered hurriedly. "Khushi agr mei yeh dress nai kiya then we might have to shift to the hospital. You don't want that right" he tried to make her understand. "No I'm okay kuch nai hoga. You don't have to dress me" she again stubbornly replied.

Kairav was getting really worked up but then something clicked in his mind, he went towards Vidyut and Kartik. He told them about his plan and they agreed. Meanwhile everyone was trying to make her open the door. "Khushi beta tumhe jo chaiye I'll get you, just come out" Vardhaan tried to negotiate with her.

"I don't want any treatment can you do that?" She asked again and this time they could hear the strain in her voice. Vyom looked worriedly at Kavin and others. "Khushi please bahar aajao" Kavin gentled his voice. She stubbornly shook her head but forgot that they couldn't see her. "Nahi Bhaiyu nai aaungi mei" she repeated again and she could feel dizziness.

Kartik and Vidyut returned to the washroom and gestured everyone to stop and let him talk. "Khushi apko chaiye na ki Vyom apki treatment na kre?" he asked very calmly. "Ha" she said like a child. "Okay then vyom apki treatment nai krega" he promised her and everyone looked at him as if he lost his mind. He gestured everyone to trust him. "Pakka?" she asked again. "I never go back on my word baccha" he gentled his voice.

Soon they heard the click of the door and she came out looking like a lost child. Everyone took a breath of relief,  Kartik immediately hugged her. "What were you thinking huh? Locking yourself like this?" he chided. Hearing this her eyes filled up, and Kavin saw this. "Bhai chalo isko kahi bithate hai. She looks drained" he suggested.

They took her to the couch and she started leaning more into Kartik. Everyone could see the exhaustion. "Bhai she needs dressing, dekhiye kitna khoon nikal rha hai" Vyom told him worriedly and Khushi sat up again. "No No you promised no treatment" she looked at him hopefully. But soon all her hopes came crashing as she saw a doctor in his mid twenties coming towards her with Kairav.

"Princess I told you Vyom apki treatment nai krega. I never told you that you won't get treatment" he told her and everyone smiled at him impressed. He didn't become business man of the year just like that. Khushi again shot a betrayed look at her oldest brother and this time she knew she cannot escape them.

The doctor came and sat beside them, "Hey can I see your arm?" he asked her politely. "No you won't" she rejected rudely. "Khushi what is this tone!" Kartik immediately scolded her. "It's okay Mr Roy Kapoor I'm quite used to it" he assured them. He looked at the wound and then at Khushi. It was a nasty would but luckily it didn't nick any major artery or vein.

He soon started to prepare for stitches and Khushi looked like she would throw up anytime. So they all decided to distract her, "Khushi by the way tum college mei admission li ho?" Vidyut asked her. She looked at him funnily thinking why is he asking her that right now. "Ha I already transferred from my previous college, because of my credits I got into Scindia University" she told them.

"Oh that's great news! All our kids have studied from there in fact right now also all our kids are there. You will be with them only" Vardhaan told her. The doctor with Vyom started preparing for the injection to numb the area which would help them stitch her arm a little bit better. As the doctor injected her, she shrieked. And hearing her screams of pain all the brothers clenched their eyes. They couldn't take the pain of their little sister.
