Igniting the buried desire into him, she left him speechless. She invited him, asked him to bring his imaginations into reality.
It was thrilling, at the same time he felt like he was betraying her. The fact that it all started with a bet did not go well with him. He felt like he was ruining everything.

He joined his forehead with her and both closed their eyes slowly.
He breathed against her lips then said, " you really don't know what you are asking for, Doll."

He detached his forehead with her and put her head against his chest, palming the back of her head. She frowned and asked worriedly, " what's wrong?"
He put his chin on the crown of her head, " sorry. I am really sorry, Doll."
He did not know why he was apologising and for what? For the bet which she did not know yet or for not kissing her, by rejecting.
" For?"
She asked.
" Just....sorry."
She sighed and pushed him gently, making him lay on his back and put half of her body on him. He wrapped his arm around her.
" You should apologise though. I asked you for a kiss but you rejected me and it's embarrassing. Thank you, Mr Jaisingh."
Sarcasm reflected her tone and she scoffed.
" You should leave me then," he said.
She closed her eyes, keeping her head on his chest.
" Will you let me?"
" No," he answered.
" You know, you are strange."
He was thankful that the atmosphere was coming back to normal between them.
