Jungkook listens carefully to his father's strategies against their enemies and gives his own opinion when he thinks the idea will be beneficial for their kingdom. As they were going deeper into the conversation, a guard entered the room.

"What happened, Soobin?"

Beopheung asked the old alpha guard, whom he knew for a very long time and even formed a friendship with him. Beopheung didn't discriminate between poor and rich; as his omega also belongs to poor background, but love sees no status, and he learned that after encountering Taehyung.

"Omega Yeonjun wants to meet you."

Soobin said, and Beopheung nodded his head, allowing the guard to let him enter inside the chamber. Soobin nods and walks off.

"I should go; Eomma-nim wouldn't like my present."

Jungkook said, but Beopheung shook his head as no.

"You're the future king of this kingdom, and you have every right to listen to every conversation."

Beopheung said, knowing it wouldn't be something intimate, that's why Yeonjun can talk about anything in front of Jungkook.

Yeonjun smiles and enters the chamber, but his face hardens seeing the purebred alpha who is causing pain to his son.

"My King, I wanted to talk to you about something important."

Yeonjun immediately addressed his words, and Beopheung nodded his head, indicating Yeonjun to take a seat on the sofa.

"Go ahead, Yeonjun."

Beopheung said, and Yeonjun looks at Jungkook, wanting the alpha to go from here.

"He's our future king. You should get used to talking about everything in front of him."

Beopheung said, seeing Yeonjun hesitation, while Jungkook awkwardly smiled at him. He wants to give them space, but he can't go against his father's words.

"Of course, my king. Actually, I wanted to talk to you regarding Taemin."

Yeonjun said, and the father and son frowned their foreheads, concerned if something bad happened to the young alpha.

"Is he okay? Did he get hurt or something?"

Beopheung asks, and Yeonjun smiles internally, seeing the alpha's concern for their son.

"He's okay physically but not mentally. Our son likes someone, and he wants to marry them badly."

Yeonjun said, not wanting to exaggerate things and go to the main point immediately.

"Really, our son likes someone. Who's that omega?"

Beopheung asks with a happy smile, and Jungkook is also happy for his half-brother.

"He’s not presented yet. The person Taemin likes is Jimin, our head chef Jinha's son. He's 14 years old, which means he'll present sooner."

Yeonjun said, and Jungkook's smiles vanished. A threatening growl wants to escape from his wolf's mouth, but Jungkook manages to control his wolf.

"That's great news. If Jinha and her son agree with the arrangement, then we can arrange their wedding once Jimin is presented."

Beopheung said, and Jungkook couldn't control himself, so he got up from the sofa.

"Appa, I'll take my leave. We'll discuss the matter later."

Jungkook said, and without waiting for any reply, he walked out of the chamber. He couldn't understand why his wolf is against the idea of Jimin with someone else.
