Yeonjun smirked as he brought the sword dangerously close to Taehyung's neck. Beopheung growled and Jimin snarled at Yeonjun, their protective instincts kicking in.

"Leave eomma alone."

Jimin gritted his teeth towards the omega, but Yeonjun just shook his head and Taemin smirk grew.

"You wish?" First, tell me, who's that alpha who put that mark on you. If you want your in-laws alive, then that alpha needs to be dead."

Yeonjun said, and Jimin gritted his teeth, while Taehyung shook his head.

"Jimin, don't tell him anything."

Taehyung pleaded, wanting safety of his son. He has once lost his son and he doesn't want to lose Jungkook again.

"Alright."

Yeonjun's voice was full of menacing as he prepared to strike but before the sword could reach Taehyung, a loud throaty growl echoed through the room, freezing everyone in place. All eyes turned towards the source of the growl and tears filled up in Taehyung and Beopheung's eyes seeing their son.

Jungkook strike towards them, causing everyone to feel weak smelling the heavy dominating and fall on their knees. With a swift move, Jungkook removed the clutches around his parents hands before taking Jimin protectively in his arms. Jimin sighs in relief and immediately clung to Jungkook, seeking comfort in his alpha's arms.

Yeonjun couldn't believe Jungkook is alive. All his plans had gone into vain, but he can't give up just yet. With determination, Yeonjun made a move to attack the purebred alpha, but Taehyung immediately blocked him, giving a blow on the omega's face. The years of pain and anger could be visible on Taehyung's wrinkled face as he takes revenge from the person who has caused pain to his family.

Taemin watched his mother with pain before getting up and attacking Beopheung from behind with his dagger, leaving everyone in the room shocked. The old alpha winced in pain, and Taehyung immediately was on his mate's side.

"It's all your fault."

Taemin said his voice was full of hatred for his father. Jungkook's jaw clenched as he approached his half brother. He grabs the young alpha and throws constant blows on his face, causing Taemin's face to paint red with blood flowing from his wounds. He has always considered Taemin as his family, as if they were born from the same mother, but Taemin's action has proven him wrong. As a brother, he may forgive Taemin, but as a son and mate of Jimin, he can never forgive his half brother.

"Leave my son alone."

Yeonjun screamed, running towards Jungkook with sword but Jimin's omega instinct kicked and saved the alpha by stabbing Yeonjun on his belly with his dagger.

Present-

Yeonjun watches his son with painful eyes and looks at Taehyung, his eyes pleading to let his son live.

"P-please, I b-beg you. Take m-my life but l-leave him."

Yeonjun begs, his voice trembling with emotion. His eyes locked onto Taehyung's, desperation and sadness filled within them. Watching his son in bleed, makes him realized how much it's must be painful for Taehyung to hear the news of his death. He understands how his actions have shattered his son's life.

Eventhrough, Taehyung wants revenge from both of them, but he couldn't ignore the pang in his heart. Taemin was busy son too, even if he hadn't been the one to bring into this world. He had always treated Taemin like he had treated Jungkook. Despite he hates Yeonjun, he knew the pain of losing a child. So, that's why he decided to do the last favour to his husband's second omega.

"Please u-unnie."

Yeonjun cried out, tears streaming down his face.

"Jungkook let him go."

Taehyung said, and Jungkook looks at his mother with confused yet furious eyes.

"Why eomma? You know how much pain he has caused to you, appa, my friends and most importantly my mate."

Jungkook said, voice filled with roughness as his fists clenched, trying to control himself from killing everyone who had hurt his loved one.

"I know, son, but he's also my son. Let Jimin and the court decide the punishment for them."

Taehyung said and Beopheung nodded his head in agreement too. For a father, there was nothing more painful than witnessing the suffering of his child.

Jungkook finally nodded and he threw the sword aside. At that moment, Yoongi and Amy entered the room and Jungkook ordered them to lock his half brother and stepmother in a cell, also providing them with necessary medical attention.
