A New Dawn

Three weeks had passed since Giyuu and Obanai returned to the headquarters. The days had been filled with routine missions and recovery, but now, an unexpected development was unfolding. The Hashira were scheduled for a critical meeting

Giyuu had just finished his morning training when a his crow announces a meeting

“Giyuu Tomioka,” his crow caws. "Oyakata-sama requests a mission at the mountain near the village theres where many demons spotted ,you will paired with the insect Hashira Kocho Shinobu.
Giyuu nodded.

In the night Giyu Tomioka and Shinobu Kocho are making their way up the mountain path. The night is dark, and the only sounds are the distant cries of demons and the rustle of leaves.

Shinobu Kocho:"Tomioka-san, I must say, I never thought we’d end up here together. It’s quite the coincidence, don’t you think?"

Giyu Tomioka:"Coincidence or not, we need to deal with the threat on this mountain. The demons here are a serious danger.
We have a duty to protect others, and losing focus isn’t an option."

Shinobu Kocho:" it’s important to remember why we fight, too. For those we’ve lost, and for those we can still save."

Giyu Tomioka:"Our resolve is what drives us. We must remain steadfast, no matter the odds."

Shinobu Kocho:You have a point. And while I admire your focus, don’t forget to look after yourself as well, Tomioka. Even the strongest need care."

Giyu Tomioka:"..."

Shinobu Kocho:Tomioka-san, you know, ignoring people isn’t the best way to win friends. It’s one of the reasons, I’ve heard, that you’re not exactly everyone’s favorite

Giyuu Tomioka:" I go left you go right"

Shinobu Kocho: *chuckles*" alright."

Upon arriving at the mountain, Giyuu was greeted by the sight of of a boy. Giyuu had to think for a moment when he realised that,this boy is Tanjiro Kamado who carries a demon ,his sister. He was in a fight between a demon ,but tomioka couldnt sense wether it was a strong or weak demon but he for sure knew that, that demon wasn’t a great Match for Tanjiro.

As Giyuu approached, he noticed Tanjiro’s face light up with recognition. Tanjiro’s expression was a mix of relief and surprise as he saw Giyuu.

Giyu decapitates Rui, the demon’s head falling to the ground as his body begins to dissolve.

Meanwhile, Shinobu faces off against the Daughter Spider Demon. Her movements are swift and precise, evading the demon’s attacks with ease. Shinobu’s voice is calm as she engages in conversation, asking how many people the demon has killed. The Daughter, terrified, claims to have only killed five, but Shinobu, with a chilling smile, corrects her, revealing that she knows the true count to be much higher.
She brutaly kill the demon with her poison.

The tension between Giyu and Shinobu escalates as they clash over Nezuko’s fate. Butterflies surround Giyu as Shinobu appears, her blade aimed at Nezuko. Giyu blocks her strike, his eyes meeting hers with a silent intensity. Shinobu, confused by his actions, questions him, reminding him that demons and humans can never coexist. Giyu’s silence only frustrates her further, and the air between them crackles with unspoken tension.

The arrival of the Kakushi signals the end of the battle. They tend to the wounded, their efficiency a testament to their experience.

In an unknown location, an unconscious and restrained Tanjiro lies in a stone garden.

Kakushi: Wake up. Hey, I said, "Wake up"!
Wake...Hey! Hey you! Can you even hear me!? Come on, you,Come on! Get up!
Are you going to sleep all day.
Wake the hell up,will you?"
