When they got back to Dragonstone, Aevor preformed his morning ritual. Eating breakfast, then taking his dragon out for a hunt.

They hunt between Dragonstone and Driftmark.

Another thing about Aevor and Gaelithox is that their bond is so powerful that the The Prince himself can see things from his dragon's sight. He can see, smell and see things from his prospective. He knew dragons have a fantastic eye sight, but he never imagined this was the way how they viewed the world. First time he linked up was when he was fourteen. It took him five tries until he got it right.

Right now he and Gaelithox are hunting for whales. Or sharks.

The Sea King loves those. Especially The Great Whites. And he spotted one. Angōs, Gaelithox." He dives in for the food.

To be honest, Aevor loves this part. His dragon going under water and through Gaelithox's eyes, he can see what the underwater looks like from his point of view.

He can see the fishes and seahorses.

Under the sea looks so beautiful. If only he can stay under water longer. But even he can only hold his breath for so long. But luckily Gaelithox caught the shark, and is now approaching the surface. And now he's heading back to Dragonstone.

Rhaenyra watches with a smile on her face. Watching her son go dragon riding and hunting with his dragon is something she will cherish. But then she'll also have to get used to her son smelling like sea water and fish whenever he goes hunting with his dragon or go swimming.

She sees that Gaelithox has grown a lot during the last sixteen years. His size being the same as Meleys and Caraxes.

Once he's done hunting with his dragon, Aevor takes a hot bath and washes himself before attending to daily activity.

When he was done, he was approached by his mother. "Gods, I can't believe how much you have grown. You almost look like a man."

Aevor smiles. "I do, don't I?" He eyes her belly. "You think you're getting a boy or girl?"

"I'm not sure yet. I might need some help naming her or him."

Aevor thought about it and said. "If it's a boy, I would name him Laenor. If it's a girl, either name him Laena or Visenya."

Rhaenyra liked those names. Especially the last one. She always wanted a Visenya in the family. "You know when my mother, your grandmother, Aemma, was with child, I was hoping for a sister. I even named her Visenya. I took a dragon's egg from Dreamfyre because it reminded me of Vhagar."

"From what I've heard, this family already has its Visenya. He wields Dark Sister and you're married to him." Aevor was talking about Daemon. He'll admit, he doesn't known that well. Personally at least. But from he's heard from his grandmother, Rhaenys, Daemon is the opposite of his kind and peaceful brother: he is fierce, unpredictable, and brave.

He is rather rash, arrogant, aggressive, and quarrelsome, wouldn't miss a chance for war, and is not above committing a cold-blooded murder if it suits his interests. He prefers to resolve conflicts by force rather than diplomacy. However, Daemon is very loyal to his family as he loves his brother, Rhaenyra, and his children.

"I know you don't like him much, but he's family and will be your father in law soon." Rhaenyra said, hinting at the marriage between Aevor and Baela.

"Speaking of, Baela asked if we get married when we're 20. Do you agree to that?" Aevor asked on behalf his betroth.

"Of course. You are both young and should wait a bit longer."

Aevor thanks with a nod and when he finally is dried and dressed. He reveals to his mother about the letter. "I got your letter, but I didn't open it. But I got my father's letter. And let's just say that he reminded me that our family, despite how powerful we are, we can make mistakes and we eventually have to forgive them." He turns to his mother, holding his Valyrian Steel sword. "And he was planning on giving me this on my sixteenth nameday."
