Tw: Abuse, Panic attacks, (sh: scratching)

Y/n pov:

I opened my eyes, but had to close them again immediately because it was so bright. Where was I? At my Masters place I was locked in a dark room. So I couldn't be there, so where was I?

"Can you please open your eyes?"

Said a male voice to my right. It wasn't my Master, maybe one of his Friends? Panic rose in me. I jumped up and looked around. There were many people in the room, all dressed in white.

"Woah woah, lie down again, everything is fine, you're in a hospital!"

But I didn't listen. It was as if my body no longer belonged to me, I had no control over it. The man tried to put a hand on my shoulder. I flinched back, tore myself away from all the cables and started to run. I ran and ran. The back of my hand hurt but I didn't care much because I could hear the footsteps of my pursuers behind me. I had to escape! My master couldn't find me!

I ran until I couldn't anymore. I looked around frantically and opened the nearest door. It was a dark room that was crammed with strange utensils. I sat down in the furthest corner and leaned against the wall. I tried to control my breathing, which I only managed halfway. My master will punish me if he finds me!

Footsteps sounded loudly, stopping in front of the door. I became good at spatially assigning footsteps, as I was held captive in a dark room.

The door opened and I held my breath. The door was closed again.

"It's alright, it's over."

A female voice said about 2 meters in front of me. I flinched and pressed myself even further into the corner. I slowly opened my eyes. A woman with blonde hair was kneeling on the floor about 2 meters in front of me. She was wearing dark blue clothes and gave me a warm smile. That's exactly how my mom always smiled at me. She radiated something familiar.

"Hey, I'm Dr. Robbins but you can also call me Arizona. I know you're probably really scared, but you're safe now!"

I looked around for my master, but he was nowhere to be seen. I looked the woman named Arizona up and down. She looked nice, but she could only be pretending. My master must have sent her!

"W-where is M-master?"

"He's gone! Nothing will happen to you anymore. Whatever he did to you is over, he's gone! He can't hurt you anymore!"

I looked at the floor. Was he really gone? What if she was lying? He would punish me for speaking! He'll kill me! No, no, no!

I had trouble breathing and started shaking. What was happening to me? Was I dying now? Is that how dying feels like?

"Hey, you need to breathe, it's alright! Can I come a little closer?"

Without thinking, I nodded. I don't know why. Something about her was very familiar to me. She moved a little closer, but didn't touch me.

"Good, look at me and follow my breathing. We'll breathe together now."

I followed her instructions and slowly started to breathe normal again.

"You're doing very well! You're safe!"

Slowly I became my breathing under control. Arizona smiled at me so warmly again and I calmed down.

"Whats your name?"

"Y-Y/n"

I looked at her expectantly. She was nice but I couldn't trust her. She could hurt me in the next second.
