Taehyung and y/n are in a luxurious hotel for a business party.

It's been few months since taehyung has acquired the CEO position and this party has been specially thrown by his company as an official event of his celebration. Different CEO's, borad and committee members and affluent families were invited.

The luxurious hotel is adorned with rich, deep hues of gold and navy, crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling, casting a soft, sparkling light that dances across the polished marble floors.

The tables are draped in lavish fabrics, plush chair covers, each table features stunning centerpieces, like arrangements of white orchids and candles in glass holders, adding a touch of sophistication.

A gourmet buffet showcases an array of elegant dishes, each artfully presented. In one corner, a sleek bar serves top-shelf drinks. The entire setting exudes luxury and class.

The party progressed smoothly, Taehyung handling every guest professionally, proving he has the potential, the influence, the confidence and the authoritive aura perfect for the position.

On the other hand, y/n found the party boring. She was never really into parties and hadn't gone to any events or bars like other girls her age.

When she heard 'party', she thought of music, food, and fun. She didn't realize that a business party would feel more like a meeting outside the office.

Plus she was tired. She was never a late night person. She always went to bed early. As it was almost midnight, it was way past her bed time.

The party was almost at it's end, many people started to leave, Taehyung had also made his mind to leave but to her unluck just as they were about to leave, a group of people invited him in a person private meeting. He had to attend.

After making y/n sat some where appropriate and safe in his absence he followed the group to a room.

It was an ordinary hotel room. They book a separate room for their discussion instead of standing in the middle of the party, surrounded by curious ears, to keep their plans confidential and solely between them.

The meeting concluded successfully as Taehyung accepted their proposal for a future collaborative project and signed a preliminary agreement.

Y/N started getting impatient. Despite Taehyung's instructions not to leave the area and wander around since it was her first time at the party, she stood up and made her way toward the hallway where Taehyung had walked off nearly half an hour earlier.

The other attendees of the meeting started to exit the room one by one, gathering their belongings and bidding farewell to Taehyung.

Many people, including those who had attended the meeting, were walking here and there, so she didn't realize they were specifically coming from a particular hotel room. She regarded them as regular guests.

That's when she spotted Taehyung shaking hands with a woman standing at the doorway of a room, while she smiled and departed after exchanging a few words. Witnessing this, a wave of jealousy washed over Y/N.

Who was the girl? Why were they smiling? What were they doing in a hotel room? Why was Taehyung lying about the meeting and standing with a girl?

These questions consumed her thoughts.

Taehyung glanced back into the room for a final check unaware of y/n approaching him.

An angry frown had replaced her usually delicate features, her lips pressed tightly together as she bit the inside of her lip. Soon, she stood directly in front of Taehyung. As he turned around, he froze in place, taken aback by y/n's sudden appearance. He exhaled a breath of relief and said.
