Chapter 13: Plans

The cafeteria was filled with the warm aroma of freshly cooked food and the sound of laughter and chatter. Lisa's and Jennie's group had grown closer after the dinner party, and now they were all joking and teasing each other like old friends. The table was filled with smiles and laughter, except for two people: Jennie and Lisa, who were still awkward around each other.

They would occasionally glance at each other, but quickly look away, unsure of how to break the ice.

Rosé, always the life of the party, suddenly had an idea. "Guys, what about we go to the amusement park? What do you think?!" she exclaimed, her mouth still full of food. She took another bite, oblivious to the food stuck to the corner of her mouth.

Jisoo shook her head at attics of her girlfriend. She gently wiped the food off Rosé's mouth with her napkin.

"Nice idea, chipmunk. At least your mind thinks of something other than food for once." Seulgi said and chuckled, earning a playful smack on the head from Rosé, who pretended to be offended.

Irene nodded in agreement. ""Yeah, that's a good idea. I'm in. It'll be a great way to relax and unwind." ignoring Seulgi, who was pouting and looking at her asking for support.

Taehyung, the leader, took charge. "Ok, it's settled then. We're all going to the amusement park. Any objections?"

"I have a practice I need to attend. I can't come." Lisa shrugged her shoulders, feeling a bit disappointed.

"What? Come on, bub! You can learn it in one day. It's not like it's a big deal." Hanbin, sitting next to Lisa, whined, "You can't miss out on the rollercoaster!" He nudged her playfully.

"Bu~"

"Ok, fine. We're all going." Taehyung cut her off, not giving her a chance to respond.

Lisa glared at him, but he was too busy or was ignoring her on purpose. She sighed and looked up, her eyes meeting Jennie's gaze. Jennie was sitting across from her, already looking at her with an intense gaze. When their eyes met, Jennie quickly looked away.

The group continued to make plans for their trip to the amusement park, Jennie couldn't help but steal glances at Lisa, who had her expression unreadable.

Rosé, oblivious to the tension, kept chattering excitedly about the rollercoaster and the funnel cakes they would eat. Jisoo chuckled and playfully rolled her eyes, while Seulgi and Irene discussed which rides they wanted to go on first.

Taehyung, still ignoring Lisa's objections, "Alright, let's meet up at the entrance of the amusement park at 2 pm. Don't be late!"

2 P.M.

When the group gathered at the entrance of the amusement park and they walked through the gates. Rose immediately ran off towards the rollercoaster, dragging Jisoo behind her, Everyone followed close behind, laughing and joking.

As they walked, the sound of screams of excitement and the rattle of rollercoaster tracks filled the air. The smell of funnel cakes and cotton candy wafted through the crowd, making everyone's stomach growl with hunger.

Taehyung, being the self-proclaimed leader, took charge and led the group to the first ride. "Alright, let's start with the rollercoaster! Who's in?"

Seulgi and Irene cheered and ran to get in line, with Hanbin close behind. Lisa hesitated, still feeling a bit uneasy about the whole day.

Jennie, noticing Lisa's hesitation, fell back and walked alongside her. "Hey, you okay? You seem a bit off."
