MIKHA'S POV
The walk to my house was silent and awkward. Having aiah with me feels somewhat na tama and mali. I know that dapat na masaya ako ngayon kasi I've been this close to her again. But, She hates me right? Hindi ko makalimutan ang mga salitang binitawan niya sa akin. Those words that kept on giving me nightmares.
"Nandito na tayo" Aiah said which made me stop my train of thoughts. Nakarating kami sa bahay nang hindi ko napapansin.
I was about to let go from aiah but she gripped on me tightly and went towards the front door to open it. Dahan dahan naman akong binaba ni aiah sa sofa and once again, awkwardness fill the atmosphere. Narinig ko naman si aiah who cleared her throat at tumingin sa relo niya.
"It's almost dinner time. May gusto ka ba? Magluluto ako" Aiah said and quickly went to the kitchen before i protested. Nakita ko namang binuksan niya ang refrigerator but only to be disappointed that it was empty.
"Uh, there's nothing here" Aiah said.
"I know. Hindi kasi ako makapunta sa supermarket dahil dito sa stupid injury ko" I quickly pressed my lips together. Okay lang kaya sa kanya to talk this casual to her? But my worriedness suddenly washed out when i heard a faint giggle came from her. I blinked my eyes, Trying to figure out kung totoo ba ang narinig ko.
"Then paano ka makakakain ngayon gabi?" She asked. Concern ba siya sa akin? Oh God. Mikhaela, stop being delusional. She's just asking!
"Im just praying na si stacey do the grocery for me since dito na din siya nag sta-stay" I said. Si stacey ang dahilan kung bakit walang laman ang fridge. Ever since she decided to live with me habang wala pa ang parents ko.
"Stacey's living here? She's sleeping with you?" Aiah asked and I sense a change on her tone but i don't know what it is.
"Yeah. Ayaw na niya umuwi kahit ang bahay niya katabi lang mg bahay nila colet. According to her, ayaw niyang mag isa ako" Wait, am I giving too much information? Damn this mouth of mine. Why the fuck hindi ko mapigilan ang mag salita.
"And chie was okay with that?" Aiah asked.
"What?"
"I mean, hindi siya nag seselos? You're living with a different girl. You guys are dating diba?"
"Stacey is my cousin naman. Why would chie will be jealous when we-" Hindi ko natapos ang sasabihin ko nang biglang bumukas ang front door revealing stacey that we are talking about.
"Mikha! I miss you!" Stacey exclaimed. Kung wala lang tong dalang pagkain for sure tatalunin na ako nito.
"I miss you mo mukha mo, You freaking ditched me!" I said. Binaba naman agad ni stacey ang hawak niya sabay pinch sa cheeks ko.
Wait, aiah is still here. Tinignan ko naman agad si aiah and i saw her wearing a blank face. She then cleared her throat. must be her way para mapansin siya ni stacey nandito pa rin siya.
"Oh, aiah. Nandito ka pa pala? Thank you pala sa pag hatid kay mikha" Stacey said. Why is she smirking? I saw how aiah rolled her eyes before leaving. Hindi manlang to nagpaalam sa amin how rude.
"What's with that smirk? Stacey sevilleja?" I asked.
"Nothing. So sabihin mo sa akin nagusap ba kayo ni aiah?" She asked giddily.
"Shut up. Hindi ba iniwan niyo ako? So i won't tell anything."
"Come on. Don't be rude, mikha" Stacey whined.
"Make me some food first. Nagugutom na ako" I said.
"Promise me na sasabihin mo lahat every single thing ah" She said.
"Oo na. Go and make me some food. Bilis!" I said and shook her away. This kikay lahat gagawin para lang makuha ang gusto niya.

"Finally, makakapag lakad ka na mag isa" Stacey exclaimed. My ankle was fully healed already kaya hindi ko na kailangan ng kasamahan.
"Finally hindi na ako masta-stuck with you all the time" I teased her which eaned me a playful smack.
"Mean!" Stacey pouted. Natawa ako sa reaksyon niya and i patted her head.
"Nasaan na nga pala sila?" I asked.
"We're here" Colet jumped towards me and lock my head in her arms making me groan in pain. Paulit ulit ko namang tinap yung braso niya para bumitaw na siya kasi mahihirapan na ako huminga.
Narinig kong tumawa mg malakas si colet nung narinig niya akong nauubo na. I swear susugurin ko siya sa bahay niya tonight.
"Alam mo namang my ankle is fully healed right?" I said and glared at her. I saw colet gulped and that made me let out a smug smirk.
"You better run or you'll be dead" I threatened. Agad naman siyang nag tago sa likod ni maloi syempre maloi stopped me from attacking the girl behind her. I rolled my eyes nung makita ko si colet na dinilaan ako.
"Isip bata" I muttered.
"So are you" Colet answered back. Maghahabulan na ulit sana kami ni colet pero nabatukan naman agad kami ni stacey na kinatahimik namin.
I was rubbing my batok na hinampas ni staku when my eyes caught aiah and gelo papasok sa room. According to him, nanalo kami sa competition na kinatuwa ko naman. I tried to meet Aiah's eyes but it seems like she's avoiding me for some reason na hindi ko naman alam.
Akala ko okay na kami kasi inuwi niya ako but after that, hindi na niya ako kinausap ulit. Hindi niya manlang ako matignan. I guess she just only do that out of pity. A dry chuckle escape from my throat.
"She's a homophobic and Im gay. What should I expect?" I thought.
"Im glad na okay ka na ngayon, mikha." Chie said. Hindi ko naman siya napansin na nandito na siya. Am i spacing out that much.
Sasagot na sana ako kay chie pero hindi natuloy nangbiglang dumating ang teacher announcing na magkakaroon kami ng project at lahat kailangan makipag participate. Lots of groans and complain was heard throughout the room. Even me, Napayuko nalang ako sa desk ko. Doing a research paper is fine with me but science project nanaman? It's a big no. Im too lazy for that.
Napatingin naman ako ulit sa teacher nung sinabi niyang by partner ito. I gulped and internally prayed because nung last time nagkaroon kami ng ganitong scenario, I was paired by aiah. But now, that would be the least thing that i want to happen. Being partnered with aiah means we will be spending time together, A lot. just by thinking of it, it's slowly suffocating me.
"The next pair will be, Maraiah queen arceta and Mikhaela Lim"
Shit. What did I do to deserve this?
