~3rd POV~
"See you got it, it's not that hard," Suga says sweetly, holding Daichi's hand as he skates backward, leading Daichi across the ice very slowly. Daichi sends him a weak glare, holding his hand in a death grip as he barely moves his feet across the ice, unbalanced and clearly a little afraid of falling. Which Suga understands since falling on ice hurts like a bitch. He would know.
"I don't think I'll ever understand how you were able to do that on fucking ice," Daichi says, referring to Suga's routine and Suga feels himself blush slightly.
"Lots of practice and lots of falling on my ass." Daichi chuckles and Suga increases their pace ever so slightly. "You're actually doing really well Daichi."
"Yeah well, I feel like I'm 5 seconds away from falling on my ass." Suga laughs and then slowly and carefully, lets go of Daichi's hand. Daichi's eyes widen. "Hey!"
"Come on, you're doing great." Suga stays very close. It's not that he doesn't have faith in Daichi's ability to walk on ice with two thin blades tied to his feet...okay maybe it's a little bit of that. Daichi gives him a small and honestly adorable pout as his speed slowly decreases since he isn't moving his feet.
"You promised." And although Suga wants to just go back and take his hands, he refrains from doing so, giving a smile and skating a little bit away.
"If you can make it to me, I'll hold your hand again." He stops moving as Daichi's jaw drops as if he's offended.
"You're mean." Suga laughs which gets Daichi to smile before he takes a deep breath and takes a tiny step. Then another. Then another. One after another, growing slightly in distance, and as Daichi nears, Suga skates back a bit, Daichi following and sending a glare. "You're running away."
"No, I'm teaching you how to skate Daichi, there's a difference."
"Disagree." Suga raises an eyebrow while Daichi smirks and pushes off the ice with a little more confidence, going faster. "You are aware I have no idea how to stop, right?" Suga takes that moment to glance behind him where he sees the wall, it closer than he thought. He looks back at Daichi who is moving fast enough he will eventually catch Suga.
"I'll catch you?" He's unsure if he can and is aware he is running out of time—the wall is close. Well, he could easily stop. It's stopping Daichi he's unsure about. Stopping him without falling. Daichi chuckles.
"Or I'll just crash into you." Suga laughs and then realizes Daichi said that because Suga was out of time, his back hitting the wall of the rink. He's not going fast so the most it does is surprise him, his hands instinctively grabbing the wall so he doesn't fall. Daichi is there a second later, arms stretched out so they hit the wall and keep space between him and Suga. Suga smiles at the boy as he stops, arms on either side of Suga.
"You didn't crash into me." Daichi chuckles.
"Did you want me to?" Suga just smiles and bites his lip when he realizes how close he is. He stares at Daichi for a bit, eyes glancing at his lips and then his eyes, an action Daichi catches instantly. It makes him smirk. "What?" Suga doesn't even try to lie.
"I really wanna kiss you right now." He says a little timidly, gripping the wall a little harder while Daichi just laughs a little.
"Well fun fact for you, I happen to be your boyfriend who you are allowed to kiss whenever you want." Suga raises his eyebrows and leans forward.
"Whenever I want?" He says slyly and Daichi hums lowly, also leaning closer.
"Whenever you want." Suga ends it there, bringing one hand up to Daichi's jaw, closing the distance, and kissing him softly. Daichi kisses back, keeping himself as close to Suga as he can. They part for a moment, breath a little heavier, before Daichi is kissing him again, stronger. More passionately, it makes Suga shiver as his other hand comes up to cup Daichi's face as they kiss.
