A couple of hours later Meredith woke up, her head throbbing from the force of her earlier sobs. Addison and Arizona both looked at her with soft smiles, the redhead carding a gentle hand through her hair.

"Hi bunny." Addison smiled, kissing Meredith's forehead.

"I'm big Addie, but I don't want to be." Meredith murmured softly, cuddling into Addison. "My dad called?"

"Yes and it wasn't the first time. We were waiting until you were big to talk to you. I'm sorry that we didn't have the chance before he called again. I blocked the first number he called from, I didn't even think that he would call from other numbers." Addison apologized. "Are you okay?"

"No." Meredith admitted with a sigh. "I was terrified. Do you guys know how he even got my number?"

"Richard." Arizona confessed. "Addie has given him multiple earfuls over the subject."

"Well he's about to get another one. Where's my phone?" Meredith asked angrily, trying to sit up only to be pulled back down by Addison. "Addie, let me go."

"Mer, we need to talk to you. You can yell at Richard later." Arizona cupped her cheek. "Please?"

"Okay." Meredith nodded. "Did I do something wrong?"

"No honey, not at all." Addison promised, kissing her temple. "We just wanted to talk to you about going to therapy. Now, before you freak out or get upset, just let us explain. Can you do that?"

"Yes, I promise." Meredith agreed.

"You've been having a lot of nightmares which is completely understandable considering everything going on and we just think it would be helpful for you to talk to something, but if you don't want to go when you're big that is fully your decision, we won't force you." Arizona started. "Little Mer on the other hand, we want her to talk to someone."

"We know you probably don't want to see someone at the hospital, so I called one of my friends and LA for recommendation for someone in Seattle who has experience with age regression and will know how to talk to you when you're little and won't judge you." Addison continued.

"No." Meredith whispered.

"Sweetheart." Arizona reached out to hold Meredith's hand. "We just want the best for you."

"Am I too broken?" Meredith broke down into sobs. "Do you guys want a little that doesn't have all this baggage or something? Because I've been regressing for years without a caregiver, I'll be fine and you guys can find another little. Any little would be lucky to have you guys." She got up and ran into the bathroom, slamming the door closed. Addison and Arizona quickly got up and followed behind her, sighing when they found the door locked.

"Sweetie, please open the door." Addison knocked lightly on the door. "You're not broken. We don't want you to go to therapy to fix you, baby, we just think it would help if little Mer had someone to talk to about everything going on."

"We love you just the way you are. We don't want another little, we want you." Arizona added. Meredith slowly stood up off the bathroom floor, unlocking the door before sitting back down. She looked up with puffy eyes when Addison and Arizona walked in, crouching down in front of her. "Thank you for unlocking the door."

"I'm sorry for freaking out and running away." Meredith whispered, her voice almost too soft to hear. Addison opened her arms and smiled when Meredith practically threw herself into them.

"Don't apologize. We understand." Addison assured her, dropping a kiss to her temple.

"I just got scared." Meredith admitted. "I have a lot of emotional baggage and I'm sure it's been a lot for the two of you. I'm sorry."
