"Mommy do we havta go home?" Meredith whined. "Mwe wike Flowdia. No one mwean to Mewedif in Flowdia." Arizona sat down and pulled the little blonde down onto her lap, tucking her hair behind her ears.

"Yes sweet pea, we have to go home." Arizona told her. "Mama and I will protect you though, we won't let anyone be mean to you. Okay?" She held up her pinky and smiled when Meredith linked it with hers.

"Otay." Meredith smiled and laid her head on Arizona's shoulder. "We come back?"

"I'm sure we can come back. We had a lot of fun, didn't we, sunshine?" Arizona kissed the side of Meredith's head.

"Lots of fun!" Meredith agreed. Addison came into the hotel room slightly out of breath, sitting down on the bed next to Arizona and Meredith.

"Everything is in the car. Are you guys ready to go?" Addison asked, placing a kiss on Arizona's temple and then Meredith's.

"Mama!" Meredith reached out for Addison, who smiled and took her into her arms, sitting her on her lap.

"Hi bunny." Addison murmured. "Are you ready to go home?"

"No." Meredith shook her head. "But mwe know we havta." Meredith sighed.

"Yes we do, sadly vacations can't last forever." Addison sighed. "But Cristina's picking us up from the airport tonight."

"Cwistina?!" Meredith's eyes lit up. "We gots to go!" She jumped up off of Addison's lap and grabbed hers and Arizona's hand. "Come on! We gots to go! Gotta see Cwistina!"

"Alright bunny. Let's go." Addison chuckled. She and Arizona each took one of Meredith's hands and left the room going down to the rental car. "Do you want one of us to sit back here with you, bunny?"

"Mommy!" Meredith smiled. "Dat otay mama?"

"Of course it's okay bunny, I know you love mommy just as much as you love me." Addison assured her.

"Mwedif wub mama an mommy diffewently." Meredith corrected with a smile. "Mama save Mewedif an take Mewedif home. Mommy chwose to take cawe of Mewedif wif mama." Meredith explained. "Mama and mommy both chwose Mewedif, but in diffewent ways so Mewedif wub tem in diffwewnt ways."

"You are a very smart little bunny." Addison smiled, kissing her forehead and buckling her in before shutting the door. She then turned to Arizona. "I'll drive, she wants you to sit with her."

"Really?" Arizona's eyes widened as a brilliant smile crossed her face.

"Yes really." Addison chuckled. "I think a lot of her clinginess towards me was because big Mer's guilt about what happened with Derek caused some fear that I wouldn't stick around, triggering her abandonment issues. That coupled with my being the one to find her and bring her home probably caused the clinginess, but since big Mer and I talked and cleared the air, maybe little Mer won't be so scared anymore and won't want be attached to my hip every second, so you can get some more mommy time."

"Are you sure you're a neonatal surgeon and not a psychologist?" Arizona teased, eliciting an eye roll from Addison. "I still think she's just a mama's girl, which I love. I love my little mama's girl and I love her mama." She kissed Addison, both of them smiling into the kiss.

"I love her mommy." Addison hummed. "Come on, we gotta get going. I wish we could just stay here forever."

"So does your bunny." Arizona laughed, opening the door and sliding in next to Meredith. "Hey sweet pea! Are you ready to go on the airplane?"

"Airpane bwings mwe ta Cwistina so wes!" Meredith giggled, laying her head on Arizona's shoulder with a yawn. "Mewedif sweepy."

"Shut your eyes sweet pea. We'll be in the car for a little while." Arizona kissed the top of her head and handed her her pacifier as Addison got in and started the car.
