Katy's P.O.V

" Grace do you wanna see your baby sister"

" yes mommy!" She sits next to me to see her little sister and gives her a kiss on her cheek

" aw"

" what's her name mommy?"

" Faith!"

" oooh"

I look at Hope who's in Johns arms looking at me with Faith in my arms

" baby" Hope says in the cutest way ever and points to Faith

" yes honey baby, it's your sister" John whispers to her ear

A nurse comes in and takes Faith and after a very long night I finally get some rest. next thing I know in the morning all my family and friends are in the room.

" yo Kate she's names after me right" Shannon tells me once she noticed I'm fully awake

" in your dreams" I say back

" oh Katheryn she looks so precious just like you" my mom says and I smile

" you've done great Katy bird" my dad then tells me and I smile

" where's John" I ask Shannon

" he took Grace & Hope out for breakfast and said he'll be back at night"

" hey you two!" I call my siblings and they walk up to me

" heyy" they both say

" hey where's Stella?" I ask Angela

" home, thought I should maybe just bring her over to your place once you're out of here"

" oh yeah you wouldn't want her seeing me like this"

" no Katy that's not what I mean"

" I was just kidding" I say as I quietly laugh

"well I've got nothing to talk about so bye" my brother says

" no hey how've you been doing" I ask him

" great"

We keep on talking and they leave at around 5 but Shannon stays.

" Shan it's already 5" I worriedly say

" don't worry he'll be back in no time" she tells me

Shannon's P.O.V

I had to lie to Katy. it was for her own good, I didn't want her to stay nervous the whole day after he told me that he won't be back till the day she's released which is tomorrow but still.

" I'll give him a call, you should get some rest"

I say as I grab my phone and walk out the room. I look for johns number through my contacts then call him

S: hello

J: hello, Shannon?

S: yeah. John Katy's been worried sick about you and the kids. just drop them off

J: I'm sorry but I can't. we both need a break and this is all the time we've got away from each others

S: what do you mean all the time you've got away?

J: things aren't going right with us and the kids.. you know. we need some time alone

S: I'll get you guys a ticket to go somewhere and have fun, but you know you'll have to keep just Grace and Hope with me. keep faith with you guys

j: sounds like a plan. thanks Shannon

S: my pleasure to help. see you tomorrow!"

J: see ya!

I hang up and close the phone then go back in her room and she's nursing Faith.

" what took you long"

" long? I just took a minute or two, didn't even realize when they got her in here"

" my bad then but what did he say"

" h-he-he'll come tomorrow" I blurt out at the end

" yeah well he obviously would" She says

" don't worry Katy. he told me what's happening and you guys are traveling for a two weeks away from the kids!"

" what? No? I can't leave my kids all alone plus there's no way I could leave Faith"

" ok first of all there's no way you'd keep them all alone so Grace and Hope will be with me and you guys will have Faith with you"
