Just Go With It

"because you're pregnant"

The only thing on my mind right now is a nap. I stayed up late the night before studying for a midterm. I was sitting in British literature, struggling to stay awake. Since this is an English class, you all know its boring and how much easier it is to fall asleep. Just one more class left till school is over. I can go home and take a much needed nap.

I made my way to my locker. I grabbed my bag and strolled to my last class, Art. We get our projects back today and I'm so nervous. That was for a big grade and if I did bad, it could drop my grade and it could be bad. I ended up doing my comic about this super hero named Dytto. Basically he would find ungrateful people and take away the most important thing in their lives and make them realize how much they should appreciate it. If they didn't care, he'd make them live a tough life til they learn.

I thought it was a good idea and so did my art teacher because I got a 93%. I did a small happy dance in my seat and looked over it. Seeing his comments and suggestions for next time. It wasn't much, but I still appreciated his opinions.

"This lesson is really easy guys, it really isn't even a lesson. We're just going to be doing pottery for two weeks" He clapped his hands together, smiling. I sighed in relief , not really wanting to do hard work. He gave us all the material we needed and we got started. I honestly did not know what to make, so near the end my thing came out as a weird looking vase. I laughed to myself at how weird it looked. Momma's gonna love this, I can already see her expression, it's going to be hilarious.

Placing my vase in a spot for drying, I cleaned up my mess and washed my hands. The bell was going to ring any minute and I, for one didn't like last minute picking up or last minute anything. That just shows how you don't pay attention to your time and you're not organized.

Walking to my car, I seen Haley waiting for me. She's been clingly lately. Always staying the night, calling me when she isn't at my house, it didn't bother me. She goes through these phases all the time, it's nothing new. We make our ways into my car and just stay silent as we drive.

"Tomorrow's Wednesday right?" She asked taking her head of the window. "Yeup" I nod my head.

"Yes, senior skip day" she sighed in relief. I had totally forgot, that just made my day.

"Oh gosh, I forgot! I'm glad"

"Me too! Glad we finished midterms otherwise I would have went to school" I laughed because that's so true. Haley may be a little rebel, but she cares about her grades. "Are coming to my house or going home?" I asked as we stopped at the light.

"Mine" she looked back down at her phone. I made a left to go to her house. We actually don't live that far from each other. If you drive its 8 minutes and if you walk its 20 minutes. I pulled up to her house and climbed out.

"See you Thursday boo" she yelled blowing me a kiss, I smiled blowing her a kiss back then driving home.

I didn't waste anytime to take my clothes off and jump into my bed. Cuddling up to my teddy bear, getting comfortable and falling asleep.

"Wake your little self up" I heard a males voice and they started shaking me. I groan rolling over onto my back.

"What are you doing here dad?" I rub my eyes, sitting up. I'm still tired but with him here, there's no chance I'll get to go back to bed.

"You're mom called me and said she'll be working late, she said I should bring you food. So I brought you pizza" he grabbed my phone and took a selfie. I laughed grabbing it from his hand and walking downstairs.

"Are you gonna join me?" I asked reaching for a plate. He nodded so I grabbed another. I handed him his plate and we got us some pizza.

"So I have something to tell you" I broke our silence and he gave me a curios look.

"Oh God please don't tell me you're dropping out of high school because you're pregnant" I choked on my pizza for a second. "OH NO, GOD NO" I yelled with a hand on my chest. He sighed in relief, but I was still nervous.

"I have a new boyfriend" I mumbled taking a drink of my water. He raised an eyebrow.

"Who is it?" He tried to keep his mouth closed as he chewed his pizza. . I held in a smile. My heart was beating so hard, I'm surprised he didn't hear it.

"Jason" I bit my lip, somewhat prepared for his reaction. He cleared his throat.

"What? When did this happen?" He looked bewildered, his reaction made me want to laugh but I knew I had to be serious.

"About two days ago.... Now I know you aren't too fond of him but please daddy give him a chance. You haven't tried to get along with him for a long time and it would mean a lot to your little girl if you at least tried to get along with her boyfriend" I gave him the puppy eyes and pouted just a bit. He rubbed his pointer finger against his thumb which he does when he's about to give in.

"Please dad" I whined, he sighed and I knew I got him.

"He makes one mistake and he's done for" He pointed a finger at me, I nod quickly happy he's giving him a chance.

"Thank you dad, I appreciate it" I gave him hug and kissed his cheek.

" He's better impress me, otherwise it's over for him" He placed our dishes into the sink.

"He won't disappoint you" I tap his nose and he smacks my hand away. I walk into the living room and take a seat on the couch, with my dad joining me. He grabbed the remote from my hand and turned it to the id channel. I frowned and crossed my arms.

"Why do we have to watch this?" I whined like a five year old. I've hated this channel for the longest, he watches it too much. He turned up the volume, ignoring me.

I was forced to watch this bullcrap. I tried to go to my room but, he made me watch TV with him. I was bored out of my mind the entire time. I forgot I had a phone until my mom texted me telling me she loved me and to not stay up too late.

After that I played games on my phone for a bit but, soon that got boring and I just watched television with my dad. When it hit 11:00 he had to leave to go get ready for work. I honestly hate being home alone, everything seems so scary. I knew haley was asleep so she couldn't come over so I just went back to bed. Not wanting to deal with the craziness those scary movies put in my head.

Okay so I know this chapter sucks really bad. I've really sick lately.

GUYS WE HAVE 26 DAYS UNTIL WHAT DO YOU MEAN!!!! IM EXCITED, IT'S BEEN SO LONG.
