"Your guardian set this up."Deng Jiaxin asked.

"You're not Yilin?You're Averyn?"Zeyu asked in disbelief.

"So your parents aren't dead."Zhu Zhixin said.

"Wait can we just talk about how she's not 18 but 16..we've been trying to get Zuo Hang together with her..i feel disgusting."Yu Yuhan said with a look of disgust.

I sat in the corner with some of the trainees like Mu Zhicheng,Zuo Hang,Su Xinhao and Huang Shuo.

"How do i do this?How do i face my parents not being dead?"

"They want you dead though."Su Xinhao joked.Zuo Hang nudged him hard on his leg while glaring at him.

"So tell us what we need to do?"Zuo Hang asked.

"I..i don't know anymore."

"Why don't we start with square one?They changed their goal from Zeyu to you.They're gambling now and they've realised that you're more important than him.Why?"Mu Zhicheng said.

"Many reasons..one could possibly be because i cause them to many deaths and they want me gone."I said.

"If they wanted you gone,they could've killed you a long time ago."Zimo said.

"Right..so that means you're a piece in the puzzle.Zeyu is connected to you somehow and the only way to know is the document."Chen Tianrun said as we finally came to the realisation.

"We need to get the document."

"Zeyu!"Zhangji shouted."We need the document."

Well,it wasn't a document surprisingly.It was a thumb drive and the only reason they couldn't find it is because it was part of a necklace that Zeyu had on.

I sat in front of the computer in Su Xinhao's dorm as the rest of the trainees either crowded around me or had fun ruining Su Xinhao's room and stressing him out.

I scrolled through the documents.It was all for missing kids.

Those were only the few names.These kids were not abandoned..they were kidnapped.They were tests.They didn't survive..

"You could be lying..was our friendship a lie?Yilin?Was she just a cover up for the real assassin Averyn."Zeyu stepping away.

The tears were in my eyes.I didn't even know it yet but everyone in that room had become family to me at one point.I couldn't bear to lose them.

"No.. I don't know..please Zeyu."

"Zeyu.. watch it.She looks like she's telling the truth..i say we drop it and we find out the truth together and put this past us."Zhu Zhixin said,stepping in.

"Yeah..She hasn't harmed you..and you heard the man..he wanted Yilin..she's a chess piece too..what the tests are for?I have no clue but all we know is that Yilin had no choice and she's a victim too."Su Xinhao said.

Zuo Hang just sat quietly on Su Xinhao's bed.

"Hang jiang?Your thoughts?"Zhu zhixin asked.

"I'll trust her..Trust her to the ends of the earth until she breaks that trust."Zuo Hang said while looking at me.

"Eugh gross.We asked for your opinion,not your love confession."Yu Yuhan said with a disgusted look.

"Whatever..the only one against Yilin..or Averyn is Zeyu."Zuo Hang said.

"I prefer to go by Yilin if that helps."

"Okay so let's end this roundabout now.Let's find Yilin's Guardian."Zuo hang said with a New determined look.

"Let's do it."Everyone chorused back.
