Zuo Hang's POV
"Hang jiang.. Concert starts in 1 hour.You ready?"

"Yeah."I muttered as I placed my phone away. I kept waiting for my phone to light up.Waiting for a message from Yilin. It just felt like it was never coming..

I should've expected it.

"Cheer up, won't you? After today, your years of dreaming ends." Zeyu said.

I sighed. "I just can't help but feel my years of dreams was because of her. Now I don't have any feelings. It just feels very mindless."

Zeyu sat beside me.

"Hang Jiang. I've known you for so long. This doesn't sound like you."

"Zeyu.. It's not that I don't want it anymore.. It's just that I feel empty without her."

We sat in silence for a while before he looked up at me.

"Then why'd you let her go? First time was her fault but now? It might be yours."

"Geez. Thanks Zeyu."

"I mean it.. Zuo Hang. I know her. Once her mind is set, she is stubborn and she's afraid of rejection and being alone."

There was silence before he continued.

"I don't mean it in a harsh way. But you and I both know,you're not okay without her.. So why are you still doing this to yourself?"He said as he got up.

"The truth is.. I don't know. I've chased my dreams for so long, I no longer know what I want."

"Brothers, we have been summoned." Mu Zhicheng said, pretending to be an old man.

"in other words, the make up artists wants us in now.. And he's mad.. Like really mad."

I looked at Zeyu and sighed as I silenced my phone.

I had left my phone in the room and hadn't noticed my phone light up.

Averyn's POV
"Zuo Hang.. Idiot." I cursed as my phone was ignored for the twentieth time.

"Still not getting through?" Evan asked as he set a cup of coffee in front of me.

I shook my head.

"Tell you what.. I can cover your shift at the concert today.. You can go out and enjoy yourself."

"Doing what?" I groaned.

"I don't know.. But anything to get over this idiot.You're the strongest agent I've met and you're stumbling over a boy.."

"Yeah but he's no ordinary boy.. He was with me through it all.."

I took a sip of coffee as my phone screen lit up.

"30 minutes till Hangjiangs first and last concert😘🤠" My phone displayed.

"you know what Evan.. I'll take this mission. It shouldn't be too hard.. Detect the bomb.. In and out." I said as a different plan formed in my head.

"I don't like that look.. If higher ups ask.. I never knew anything about whatever you're plotting."Evan said as he slipped out of the seat.

I smiled.

" fine but at least let me use the employee toilet.. "

He sighed as he handed me the keys.

I smiled as I blew a kiss and ran to the toilet.
