Crowler: Day one of Duel Academy's 20th anniversary is almost complete with the last duel containing the team of Syrus Truesdale and Atticus Rhodes. Their opponent team is Obelisk blue Kiya and Ra Yellow Leo. Let the duel begin!
Syrus POV
I hope Zane is watching this. I wanna show Zane how much I have improved through my stay here at duel academy.
Jaden's POV
I believe in you Syrus. Don't let me down.
DUEL POV
Kiya & Leo: (4000 LP)
Atticus & Syrus: (4000 LP)
Atticus: I'll start! (Draw) I summon Black Lion! (Atk: 1700)
Kiya: A feline? What a joke. (Draw) I summon Eclipse Angel! (Atk: 1500) When Eclipse battles a monster with higher attack points she gains 1000 extra attack points.
Atticus: You can't attack on the first turn!
Kiya: I can with this spell, I activate Instant Assault! It allows Eclipse to attack your Black Lion!
Atticus: (3200 LP)
Kiya: I'm done with you for now Atticus.
Syrus: I'm next! (Draw) I summon Rocket Roid in attack mode! (Atk: 1800) I set one card.
Leo: (draw) I summon Vorse Raider! (Atk: 1900)
Atticus: Alright, time to totally blast you away! (Draw) I play Dark Twister! I remove from play one dark attribute monster in order to summon any monster in my deck! Then I'm allowed to attack you directly!
Kiya: What!?!
Atticus: Come forth Red-eyes Chaos Dragon! (Atk: 2700) Now go, Chaos Stream!
Kiya & Leo: Agh! (1300 LP)
Syrus: Yes!
Jaden's POV
I sat in my seat next to Alexis when she gets up and walks out of the duel arena like a robot and her eyes were heavy. I'm worried. What's going on? I gotta help Alexis. I jump out of my seat and grab my duel disk and chase after Alexis. I'm coming Lex.
Duel POV
Kiya: It's my move. (Draw) I play Eclipse Electron! (Def: 900) I set one card and end my turn.
Syrus: I'm up! (Draw) I summon Machine Roid! (Atk: 1400) Now I play polymerization to fuse my Rocket and Machine Roid. I fusion summon Roid Doom Machine! (Atk: 3000) When Doom Roid battles a monster in defense mode the difference in the attack and defense points come out of your lifepoints!
Leo: That's game. (0 LP)
