"Anyways.. you wanna get a snack at a store or just go home?"

I tilted my head sideways as I scanned my card and entered through the subway entrance

Deku followed and scanned his own pass and entered the subway behind.

"I'm a bit hungry but I also don't want to spend extra money. So I guess I'll just head home. What about you?"

"I got American money. A little doesn't matter."

Deku looked a bit shock at that

"Huh?! You have money with you?? How much??"

"Bud, it's only 10 dollars but even so that shit can get us a lot if we choose the right store."

Deku's eyes widened when I said the amount.

🥦💭: Only 10 dollars? Seriously? It could probably get you something good

Although he was hesitant at first, Deku slowly nodded his head

"Oh alright fine, only because you have money. It should be something quick though. My mom is expecting me home soon."

"Damn if only you didn't use all that money for All might Merch then you wouldn't be so poor." I teased as I kept walking "but we should take this subway close to a nearby area between Kagoshima and your place so we can check if there's a store there and then go our separate ways."

Deku huffed from embarrassment from the teasing and he protested against my statement

"Hey! I'm not poor! I just... have to be careful with my money!"

Deku huffed once more before he responded to your suggestion

"Alright alright, that sounds like a plan. I'll trust your judgement on that. You do have the money after all."

I nod as I enter the cramped subway train

Deku followed and entered afterwards and looked around the train

he sighed as he noticed the amount of people there were

"Damn. Looks like it's cramped in here."

I shrug

"What can I say? Japan" I let out a soft chuckle at my own joke.

He narrowed his eyes slightly as he held onto the hanger from above.

"Wow it sounds like you've been here your entire life 'Ms, Expertiza'" he scoffed in a sarcastic tone.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes

Deku looked around in hopes of finding a place to sit but grimaced when he found there was no place to sit at all

"Of course nothing is available... I guess we're going to have to stand for the entire ride..."

Deku sighed once more as he held onto the pole next to him to keep his balance on the train as it continued to move

"But hey, at least the train is one of the main modes of transportation. I'll always be grateful for that whenever I have to go somewhere far."

I nod as I held onto the hanger

"yeah.. I don't think I'll be able to get home in Kagoshima. I don't know why my parents decided to live so fucking far."

"Yep. Anyways, I still can't believe we are in the same school after everything that happened you know? Like what a miracle."

I shrug as I looked around for a moment and then back at him
