UNDERNEATH THE ROOF, THERE'S A ROOM, and inside that room lies Matteo under the covers. And under those covers, was him letting out a hot breath as he squirms around, sweat running down his neck. His toes curling as legs retracted back to his stomach, wanting something for he cannot know what he needed.

Tikki was sitting on the bedside table, feeling sympathy for her owner. Daniela barged in the room with her brothers, who's hugging each other for what was about to happen. "Stay here boys, I'll get big brother be better again okay? Go watch cartoon downstairs."

Hesitantly nodding, she was left with the heat in the room and heavy odor while she walks towards the bed. She shook him lightly, "Daniela's here bro, please come out." Her hand soon got caught by his warm slender hands and came out of his hiding place, looking up to her with teary eyes. His sister gave him a small smile as she removed the fallen hairs on his sweating forehead, before patting his cheek.

"How are you feeling?" She received a shake of his head instead of his curt nod. "I hate colds." She hummed, "How did you get sick anyway?" Another sweat rolling down, gulping the cough from coming out.

Flashback..

A few days back, the whole school day was rainy, not dry cement was spotted inside the city. And it happened to be the worst days for Matteo, not having an umbrella just for today, how unlucky he was. "Fuck this glasses! I can't see shit!" He ran towards the school with only his button up covering his head which didn't do much, only to get scolded by his best friend. "Geez, stop playing around so much."

"I specifically just told you my sister borrowed it just for today, how will I know it's going to be rainy all day?!"

They were in the locker room, currently drying his hair with her packed towel, incase anyone needs it. He stared at his soaked shirt that was hanging on one of the bars, puddling the wooden floor. Oh right, can't forget his undershirt was also beside it, leaving him shirtless with a bigger towel covering his body. Resisting only makes it worse, now he can't stop sneezing as he felt his throat starting to itch.

"Let's get you to the nurse's office, yeah?" Matteo waved his hand in disagreement, saying he's fine but it only came out with drunken murmurs. Alya and Nino came in, almost shocked at the scene. "Wait, Mat you got a cold?"

"No! I mean..It's not a cold, just a cough." Nino hummed in denial, grabbing a box of tissue inside his bag and gave it to him, earning a small 'thank you' from him. "Also I'll be moving the date for our game day, cuz there's no way the game is more important than my bro now, isn't it?"

The boy was not sniffing because of his cold, but his friend being the realist friend he could ever ask for. They really are brothers, just not the same blood. "You're the best Nino." They did their original hand shake, he missed hanging out with him after that ban.

Though the feeling of getting hatred between those wooden doors are enough for them to scoot away from each other, Adrien is here. The blond made an entrance with a stern look on his face, Marinette didn't like that one bit since he kind of looked like his father at the moment, while his green eyes scanned the two boys—he didn't saw that, did he? "Nino, didn't you say we should check out the game that released yesterday?"

The DJ immediately went beside him, nodding all the way as he didn't want to get scolded by him, again. "Y-Yeah! Sorry guys but me an A-Adrien need to go, peace out!" After they walked out of the room, both girls let out a shaky breath, he is indeed scary sometimes. But what caused it? Matteo was annoyed for sure, Nino can have many close friends as he wants, why take him away?

"I don't like him one bit." The bluenette raised a brow, continuing drying his hair. "Why? He's just cranky today, that's all."

Alya nodded, "Yeah, he's not like that all the time. He's a ball of sunshine if you ask me." "True that!" well he disagrees. Adrien can smile genuinely infront of everyone, but him, he's like a plague—always making his friends stay away from him as possible, when he feels like it.
