Marjorie was sitting at her office desk staring out the window. She knew she had to move on from him, but she couldn't stop thinking about Reece. She looked towards the same corner of the car park, where he would pick her up, drop her off, take her home, take her out for drinks. She glanced over to the other side and saw Mia kissing Char as she got into the black Mustang and longed for a love like that again. She didn't know why she was desperate for a relationship. Maybe because she'd been with Reece so long that it was the norm for her now, she didn't like it different.

She finally decided that since Autumn wasn't in, and all of the rooms were fully staffed, not that she would work in the rooms anyway, she would simply sit and doodle or read for the rest of the work day. She'd finished all of her work but she had to stay so she got paid.

The woman walked out of the office and over to her locker, punching in the code until she heard the lock click. She opened the locker door and picked up her notebook, revealing a small piece of lined paper underneath. She picked it up and walked back to the office. After she’d sat down, she unfolded the piece of paper, reading it aloud.

“Hey gorgeous, you looked stunning yesterday. I'm not sure when or how I will be able to express my feelings for you in person, but I do know this. I love you, Marjorie, and I hope that one day you will know who I am - Aunt Muk.”

She paused for a minute, staring at the paper, and reading it over and over again until she'd practically memorised it.

“Who the fuck is Aunt Muk? I did not mean to make that rhyme-”
