It was the next morning, and the sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. I stretched lazily in bed, savoring the quiet moments before the day officially began. My mind wandered back to the rooftop conversation with Martinus, the way our hands had intertwined, and the sense of calm that had settled between us. It was a small step, but it felt significant—a moment of understanding in the midst of so much confusion.

As I got dressed, I couldn't shake the feeling that today would be important, even if I wasn't sure how. Nora and I had planned to spend the day exploring the city before the boys' concert in the evening. It was an opportunity to enjoy some normalcy before everything became chaotic again. When we met in the lobby, Nora was her usual upbeat self, but I could see the curiosity in her eyes as she glanced at me. "Sleep well?" she asked, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "Better than I expected," I admitted, feeling a warmth spread through me.

"How about you?" "Same," she replied, linking her arm with mine as we headed out the door. "So, any more deep conversations with Martinus planned for today?" she teased. I laughed, shaking my head. "No more deep conversations, I think.

Just trying to enjoy the day and not overthink everything for once." "Sounds like a plan," Nora agreed. "Let's make the most of it." We spent the day wandering through the city, stopping at cafés, browsing through shops, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

It was easy to forget about the complications with Martinus when we were surrounded by the energy of the city. By the time evening rolled around, we were both feeling refreshed and ready for the concert. at the venue, we decided to join the crowd instead of watching from backstage The energy in the arena was electric, a pulsing beat that seemed to echo in my chest as Nora and I made our way through the crowd. The lights were dimmed, with only the faint glow of thousands of phones lighting up the sea of fans around us. We had managed to sneak our way closer to the stage, finding a spot where we could see the boys clearly.

Martinus and Marcus took the stage amidst a roar of applause, their silhouettes highlighted by the spotlights that cut through the darkness. The opening chords of their first song reverberated through the air, the sound so powerful that it felt like it could lift us off our feet. The crowd erupted into cheers as they began to sing, their voices harmonizing perfectly.

I could feel the bass thumping in my chest, the vibrations traveling up through my feet as I swayed to the rhythm. Nora was right beside me, her face lit up with excitement, her hands raised high as she shouted along with the lyrics. The boys moved across the stage with practiced ease, engaging with the audience, reaching out to touch hands, and flashing their signature smiles that sent waves of screams rippling through the crowd.

Despite everything that had happened between us, I couldn't help but feel a swell of pride watching Martinus perform. He was in his element up there, completely in control, and it was clear that the audience loved him for it. As the concert progressed, the lights shifted colors, casting the arena in shades of blue, purple, and gold.

The atmosphere was intoxicating, a blend of flashing lights, pounding music, and the collective energy of thousands of fans singing along in unison. At one point, Martinus glanced out into the crowd, and for a brief moment, our eyes met. It was just a flash, but it was enough to send a jolt of something through me—recognition, connection, something deeper that I couldn't quite name. Nora and I danced along with the crowd, losing ourselves in the music.

Every song seemed to bring a new surge of energy, and by the time they reached their final number, the entire arena was buzzing with excitement. The boys gave it their all, the final notes ringing out as the audience erupted into applause.

The stage lights dimmed, and for a few seconds, the entire arena was plunged into darkness, the echoes of the final song still hanging in the air. As the house lights slowly came back on, signaling the end of the show, the crowd began to disperse, people chattering excitedly about the performance.
