2x18- the last dance
I'm sitting in my desk beside Stefan's, and I can't help but grow excited for the dance tonight despite everything happening. Although I am honestly terrified of what Klaus's next move will be.
I'm terrified of seeing his face again. I'm terrified of remembering our past together.
Alaric enters our history classroom, but I notice that his eyes immediately lock with mine as he speaks. "Hello, class. What are we learning today?"
He then glances over at Elena.
"With the decade dance tonight, we've been covering the sixties all week," Dana tells him.
"Right. The sixties."
Alaric looks at me again, and I raise my eyebrow in suspicion. His mouth parts and then he looks to the side, and I feel as if he's almost smirking or smiling. I can't tell.
"The, uh, ahem...The sixties. I wish there was something good I could say about the sixties. Actually, they kind of sucked. Except for the Beatles, of course. They made it bearable. Uh, what else was there? The Cuban missile thing, the...we walked on the moon. There was Watergate."
"Watergate was the seventies," I point out, crossing my legs.
Alaric looks at me, trying to hold a straight face. "Right. It all kind of mushes together up here, the sixties, seventies. Thank you, Farrah."
The way he says my names sends chills down my spine. Alaric is off, and I intend to find out why.

At lunch, I find myself sitting at a table with Elena and Bonnie. Elena has proved to me that she is a much sweeter soul than Katherine even if she has went against me. Katherine always put herself first, and she honestly influenced me to do the same many times.
Dana approaches our table and looks at me with a big smile. "Hey, Farrah. This really hot guy just asked me if you are going to the dance tonight."
I frown with an obvious eye roll. "And who would that be?"
"Klaus. It's a weird name, I know."
I swear that time stops for a moment. I look around me, but I see no one. My eyes widen. I grit my teeth, looking Dana in the eyes. "Where is he?!"
"I don't know. But he says that he expects his love will save him the last dance. How cute."

Elena and Bonnie immediately insist that I go to the Salvatore Boarding House with them. After all of these years, Klaus has found me for real this time. And if he wants to have me, he'll have me.
