                                            Chapter 7

I feel a rough hand continuously tapping me hard on my back. I hear something metal meeting with the floor and making an unpleasant sound, a door sound and hasty foot steps.

I open my eyes slowly, seeing a blur image of the house and suddenly, someone appears in my front. Saying things I don't get and the blur from my eyes clearing.

“Someone like you, doesn't get to sleep so peacefully and have a long night rest with it.”

I jerk my face up to poker face Killian, my eyebrows furrowed at him.

He sighs, takes his hand up to his forehead, then drops his hand down. “you fucking don't understand don't you? For the fact that you're a special fucking guest doesn't mean you get to sleep till the late hours of the morning.”

I shift my gaze to the window, the tall trees waving their leaves everywhere, light from the sun glimmering into them from the little space they made.

“You have to get the fuck up, eat breakfast and take a damn bath.” he snarls out. He goes behind me and I hear a key sound, follow by a metal dis-engaging from each other. The handcuff falls loose from my hands to the floor.

I free them out immediately, the ceased blood rushing back into my hands.

I stand up slowly, my legs unsteady to hold firm to the floor. My head swirling like a sphere, revolving around the sun. My whole body, entirely numb and useless.

I haven't heard other voices since I woke up aside from, Killian's voice. The place is eerily to quite and it's fucking creepy. For the goddamn fact that I'm left alone with the killer guy.

I rather maintain my mouth for the time being or I might never see the coming days.

“what time is it?” I ask, after getting a hold of myself.

“Do I look like I fucking keep track of time. What's today? I don't even know what day it is, what week we're in or the fucking season.” he spits out.

Then how the fuck did you know I'm waking up late in the morning! I want to say the fucking pissed off words out of my mouth, but I'm fast enough to tie the words down to my tongue and swallowing it, before allowing it to slide out my mouth. And them my death will be by mistake for saying what I shouldn't have.

Nah, instead I thrash his words to the bin and set for the next question.

“Where are the others?”

“You missing them already? They went to go fetch a new friend of yours.” a devilish look is painted on his face and my heart skips a beat or two. My stomach tightens and I think I lost my breaths. My mind darts fast to Carmela.

“What friend?” I breathe out.

“Don't get this the fucked up way round. You haven't even met your new friend, don't think we're going to steal your friend when we weren't given orders.” that gives me a relief, my shoulder slumps down from the tense.

“You going to follow me up for breakfast, or you keep staring at me like a lost moron?” he asks, coldly, his eyebrow cocked up. And he pivots to the stairs case direction, climbing the flights of stairs.

I don't waste anymore time trying to think, I follow behind him to the dinning room.

I draw the wooden chair back and settley butt on top of it, waiting for my second round of rubbish(breakfast) to be served to me. Killian steps out of the kitchen holding to plates of something I couldn't see. He drops the plate in front of me and walks off to the other side of the seat.

It's fried chips with ketchup on it.

At least morning breakfast for me today isn't disgusting. I still wonder how they get food stuff to cook in this desserted area and how they learn to cook for themselves. Mostly for the fact that Killian fried this one.

“You fried it? Where did you get ketchup from?” I ask.

He doesn't say a thing to me, he just looks at me like I've gone mad and continues with his breakfast. I pick a chip and deep it inside the ketchup, then shove it inside my mouth. I spit it out immediately.

“Fuck.” I murmur, wiping my lips with the back of my hand. The chips and ketchup are fucking tasteless, and it tastes like a food that has been stored for years.

“You don't go about, spitting out what we've prepared for you like a lama.” I look at him, his eyes still fixed on his food. I just wonder how this guys enjoy eating poison and are still living strong and healthy. “You don't expect the meal to be prepared nicely, just like the one your mama prepare for you. You're not in your god forsaking home. Get that shit imprinted at the back of your dull skull.” his gaze meets with mine, an angry expression displaying on his face. “You eat what you see, or you starve to death. Don't give a fuck if you don't survive to the next level. I doubt.” he hisses the last two words.

Somehow his words, slaps me so hard on the face and bringing me back to reality. Of course, I've been kidnapped. I don't expect nice meal, good bath, warm eyes, friendly smile, ecetera. But I'm a fucking special guest, and it counts.

“Then why did you guys kidnap me in the first place, why am I called you guys special guest, huh? Why am I even kidnapped in the first instant, when I've done nothing wrong to y'all. Tell me, what's my crime?” I asks, rage rocketing up in my system, my blood boiling hot.

He looks at me and shakes his head in disappointment.

“You have no fucking idea of what's going on, but you'll get to that phase, sooner. And this would be the last time you'll ask me any goddamn questions. Because young lady, I'm ready to break bones.” he threatens, he gets up from his now holding his already empty plate. His turning to go when he stops and turns to me. “If you don't like the meal, I've learnt of this six letter words, S-H-O-W-E-R, ‘shower’. You can make good use of it, heard is really good on the body.” he doesn't spare me another glance before walking into the kitchen.
