Old Memories

After walking a few blocks we saw our friends talking in front of a CVS. Then BAM she turned her head around and it felt like slow motion. Its like one of those things in movies.

"Martin! Hey.", she said when she noticed me.

(I went by Martin with friends and nick with family)

"Hey Angela, how have you been? Wanna get something in the store?", I asked her without saying hi to the rest of my friends. They knew what was up and didn't seem to care.

We walk into the store and told her she can get whatever she wanted.

"Well what have you been up to? I've missed you ever since you left.", she said while hugging me in the aisle.

"You know, just been at this school since I got kicked out. Surprised I passed to the 8th.", I replied. Why did I bring that up when its October?, I thought to myself.

I bought her what she wanted and we walked around downtown and got to catch up.

7:30

Buzz. I got a text from my cousin. He told me we had to go back home. I told him to meet me at the train station.

"Hey, I have to go home. Ill walk with you to the train station.", I turned and told her.

"Lead the way cutie.", she replied.

We waited for her train. When her train arrived she gave me a tight hug and told me, "I'll miss you even more now"

She took off and my cousin came around the corner and we waited for our train. When it came we hopped on and I plopped myself into a seat and fell asleep because it was going to be a long ride.

*Snap*

June 5th 2015. I woke up from my nap. It was the last day of school and I decided to take a nap when I got home.

I checked my phone and saw that my Tia texted me You need to do your chores and you are grounded from your phone when I get home. I will explain later.

Ugh, I rolled out of bed and headed downstairs.
