Sung Jeongyeon was somewhere deep in the forest near the mountains. She was about to do the Job Change quest that the System had offered to her and if that quest can make her even stronger then she'll do it. She stretched her arms as warm up looking very confident as she did so.
"Well," Jeongyeon hummed as she did the last stretch of her arms skywards. "Let's begin." And as she said that, a portal of swirling purple energy opened in front of her, blowing her hair back.
"A job change seems interesting enough." Jeongyeon as she slowly steps inside the portal, "I wonder what kind of monsters will be in there."
At last, this game seems to be starting for real. Jeongyeon thinks as her surrounding changed to what seemed to be the inside of a castle that was lit up by the torches in the wall and soon enough, she was fighting all of the knights, struggling for a bit since her attacks weren't enough to penetrate their defenses.
She quickly moves behind her enemy and ripped off the head with her strength as she remembered dealing with a similar opponent who have armor that can't be easily penetrated by any weapon.
(!) ALARM
[YOU HAVE DEFEATED A KNIGHT!]"A doll-type monster, huh?" Jeongyeon wondered as she went to grab a torch from the wall and ventured deeper into this castle-like dungeon. "Using a torch instead of a luminous stone is a bit of a pain in the ass... I can't see for shit so it's a pretty dark here."
And as she ventured even further, she scratched her head when more knights were now standing in front of her. "Ah, it looks like I jinxed myself, huh?" she laughs out in exasperation. "First, this dungeon is unknown then, I can't even heal or retreat... Looks I entered something pretty risky." She muttered.
Jeongyeon threw her torch to the side and rushed in for a battle. She punched a knight on its chest which send it crashing to another knight as she jumped upwards before dropping an axe kick down on another one then head locking another knight, crushing its head which killed it.
(!) ALARM
[YOU HAVE DEFEATED A KNIGHT]
[YOU HAVE DEFEATED A KNIGHT]
[YOU HAVE DEFEATED A KNIGHT]"A few of them drop some few decent items and they give pretty decent experience points too." Jeongyeon commented as she wore the chest armor before she whirls around quickly and managed to kill the knight.
(!) ALARM
[YOU HAVE DEFEATED A KNIGHT]Stealth? Jeongyeon's eyes widened as she moved her head to the side to dodge a fireball fired at her. "These knights can use stealth and now, there's a magician? It's also using Blaze Magic too." She grits her teeth in annoyance as she looked at her opponents.
It's as if this dungeon was replaying what happened from last time... No, it can't be right? It must be just a coincidence... Jeongyeon ran away to catch her breath before stopping an arrow aimed at her head by catching with her hands. "Damn, they're not giving me a time to rest..." she stood up and scowled knowing that there was no choice but to fight back.

After defeating all of the enemies, Jeongyeon went to drink some water from the leather pouch she has to quench her thirst. She released a sigh of relief as the water refreshes her dry throat, she now wore some of the items that the enemies as loot. Jeongyeon then looks at the large double doors in front of her, its body is black with intricate golden designs with a red color in the middle.
"Even after I have leveled up this much, I can't comprehend the skill of thing behind this door." Jeongyeon mumbled, nervous as she pushes open the doors and was surprised at how empty it was. "A king's throne room..." Boss' room...
Her eyes widened as a figure of a knight slowly steps out from the darkness. Jeongyeon gulped as she stared at the hulking red armor of her enemy in front of her. The tattered cape slowly moves along with the chill in the room, its glowing eyes piercingly gaze at her figure.
[BLOOD-RED COMMANDER IGRIS]
It has a dark red name! Jeongyeon's eyes widened in terror as she read the name on top. He's definitely different from the others... He's coming... She watched Igris slowly steps down from the empty throne, his large claymore sword hitting the steps very loudly that echoed all around the throne room.
Jeongyeon ducks down to dodge the swing from Igris which destroyed the pillars behind her. He just cut through those pillars as if they were nothing but Tofu?! This bastard is insanely strong!! Jeongyeon then tried to pierce Igris' shoulder but it was futile attempt as her dagger wasn't even piercing the red armor. Damn it, I can't even pierce through it!
Jeongyeon looks up and saw that Igris was now swinging his sword downwards, so she moved out of the way and the attack formed a large crater upon impact. Jeongyeon leaps out from the smoke and narrowly dodges another attack from Igris as she leaps to a safe distance away from Igris as she grits her teeth nervously. She was sweating bullets as she analyzed Igris, all she came to a conclusion that he was stronger than she had imagined. She materializes her dagger away as she then cracked her knuckles.
"I don't think I can win without a weapon, but if I can't penetrate the armor, I can't deal damage anyway." Jeongyeon glared at Igris with determination. "This is the only way."
Igris tilted his head to the side before stabbing his claymore sword on the ground, removed his cape and the daggers attached to his hip leaving him also barehanded. Jeongyeon scoffs out a laugh in disbelief at Igris, "Who knew chivalry still existed, huh?" then again there's Y/n oppa who is an embodiment of it sometimes... "Are you not taking me seriously?"
Jeongyeon was surprised when Igris suddenly grabbed her by the throat and slammed her into the wall making her cough out blood and she was only able to block the punch from Igris sending her to another part of the room. Jeongyeon stood up, her forearms all bruised up and bleeding from the punch of Igris. "I just have to run my mouth on that one, huh...? Damn it... I feel like I lose 500 points of health just from that punch alone..." She coughs out.
Igris walks out from the smoke and Jeongyeon takes one step back cautiously as Igris looked at her with those glowing white eyes of his. "To think you're this strong without a sword..." she muttered in annoyance. How do I put up a decent fight against this monster?
(a/n: I don't care if Igris doesn't have flesh or whatever sentient being he is, I will carry his children trust🤞)
