TW: Absolutely nothing...... (Heavy lore coming soon tho!!)
Y/N'S POV:
"No no no no no no no no no no no no" I'm practically screaming on repeat to a certain blonde haired boy.
To catch you up Lloyd and I are both standing by the field of the school, we had previously planned to eat together outside but what he hadn't warned me about was his true intentions. He, currently, has both of his hands on my right arm trying his best to drag me in his direction towards a certain bench.
"Come on, pleaseeee." His relentless pulling wasn't weakening at time soon and my arm was going to start aching any minute at this point but, there was no way I'm doing this. "I really want you to meet them."
The 'them' he was referring to was his stupid little Garma-dork squad who were all sat on the bench in the distance awaiting our arrival. I, however, wasn't told of this introduction.
So naturally I don't want to go.
How is this guy so fucking strong? Apparently Lloyd isn't taking no for an answer.
My resistance is completely necessary as meeting his little group of social rejected misfits means speaking and communicating with strangers and I'm quite a socially awkward person. Not to mention they really don't seem to like me.
"We'll I really don't want to meet them." I can feel my feet slipping on the ground yet I carry on resisting his efforts to drag me closer towards his friends.
Suddenly his efforts in pulling me stops and I almost fall onto my face - luckily I was able to balance myself and I look up at Lloyd.
"Don't make me carry you." The look in his eyes was completely serious and almost challenging. There's no doubt in my mind that his threat is completely genuine, Lloyd isn't the type of guy to throw around empty threats. At least that's what I believe anyway. "I promise I'll be right there with you, everything will be fine."
"They all hate me."
"They don't hate you, they just don't know you properly yet. They'll all love you just give them a chance to get to know you better." His eyes were wide and his lips shifted into a pout giving an almost puppy dog like stare making a pain arise in my stomach. His harsh grip on my arm slides down to my hand and he grasps my hand in both of his, his pleading gaze never breaking from my face.
I can feel my resistance crumbling.
Fuck. This isn't going to go well. I can feel it.
Releasing a big sigh I lower my head in defeat and look up at him through my eyelids. "Fine."
In an instant his eyes lit up and shone even brighter than normal. The green hue of his eyes almost start glowing with an electric like buzz mirroring the happiness taking over his features.
I can tell this means a lot to him. Otherwise he wouldn't have spent the last fifteen minutes practically begging on his hands and knees to convince me to comply.
I return his ecstatic features with a light lipped smile, trying my best to hide my nerves.
I'm not going to lie, even through I keep referring to his friends as a bunch of geeks I'm pretty sure most of them could easily beat me up if they really wanted to. I haven't had a truly good look at them all yet but for a gang of dorks they can be quite intimidating.
For the past few weeks I've tried my hardest to keep my distance from them all as they are the last type of people I would want to start any unnecessary drama with.
