Zarc was sincerely regretting his promise to Yuya the moment he saw Yusho. The older Sakaki male didn't seem to be too thrilled to see him either. His wife, on the other hand, was absolutely delighted by the new "heap of Yuyas" as she called them, and immediately insisted on adopting all of them.

"Well, it wouldn't hurt for them to have parental figures and a proper family," Yusho agreed. To which Zarc immediately reminded everyone of his title as the Demon Duelist by letting out a demonic-sounding screech, and hugging his Yuus close to him. Yusho and Yoko blinked in surprise, then Yusho sighed. "You still don't like me, got it."

Zarc glared at him furiously, then began backing away, pulling his Yuus with him. He maneuvered them out of the dining room to the living room, around the sofa, using said sofa as a barrier so that Yusho couldn't try to steal his Yuus from him. Yuya groaned.

"Zarc! C'mon! Be nice to Dad—" he started to say. Only for Zarc to shriek in fury and begin aggressively cuddling him. Yuya went quiet, sighing a little and hugging Zarc back. It seemed to pacify the asparagus-haired young man somewhat.

"I'll make you boys something to eat!" Yoko said cheerily, trying to ease the tension in the room. She hurried to the kitchen and started taking ingredients out of the fridge.

Yusho frowned a little, glancing up at the ceiling where the second floor was. "Well, I know one thing for certain. There's not enough room in the house for all five of you to have your own rooms. You'll have to share Yuya's room until we can get a bigger place."

Zarc just looked balefully at Yusho for daring to speak, and cuddled Yuya closer. Yugo bounced on his heels and asked, "Can we go upstairs? I wanna lay in Yuya's comfy bed!"

"Go ahead," Yusho replied. "I'm going to make an appointment with a realtor to look at some bigger houses. It'll be nice to get a new place, if I'm being honest."
