Yusho and Yoko called the boys down to the living room a while later to talk to them. The discussion really only required Yuya, but his parents correctly presumed that he and his four counterparts wanted to spend as much time together as possible.

"Yuya, you know the beach house we normally stay at when you're on summer vacation?" Yoko said. Yuya immediately nodded, and Yuto blinked. "That one on the water with the thatched roof?"

"Yes, that's the one," Yusho confirmed. Yugo gasped, "Are we going on vacation there?"

"Not exactly," Yusho replied, and Yugo pouted for a moment. "We actually haven't told you the full truth about that house, Yuya. It's not actually a vacation rental like you think."

"Really?" Yuya asked, confused.

Yusho smiled, "To fully explain it, shortly after your mother and I first started dating, I received an inheritance from my eccentric, and apparently very wealthy, great-great-uncle. It was more than enough to live comfortably for the rest of my life. I used some of that inheritance to build this house for your mother when we got engaged, as well as to build our duel school. But I also used some of it to build that beach house when you were a baby."

"Wait, so... our family owns that vacation house?" Yuya asked, surprised. Zarc frowned, "If you own that house, then why don't we just move into it? From what I've seen of Yuya's memories, it should be big enough for all of us? Why contact real estate agents when you own a perfectly good house with enough space?"

"Because our family doesn't own that house," Yoko explained. "At least, Yusho and I don't."

"So... who owns it then?" Yuri asked slowly, though he suspected he knew the answer already. Yusho smiled as he confirmed Yuri's suspicions, "Yuya owns it."

Yuya's jaw dropped, and his counterparts all looked at him in shock. Yusho explained, "I built that house for Yuya when he was born, with the intention of telling him when he was eighteen. Legally his name is on the deed, while Yoko and I are listed as guardians until he turns twenty. We've been using it as a vacation home so that Yuya can enjoy spending time there. That's also why, whenever he asked to go to the beach house, we always took him. It's his house, he should be allowed to stay there whenever he wants."

"You're telling us I own that house?!" Yuya squeaked. Yusho nodded. "Yes, you own that house. Your mother and I were considering moving the seven of us into it and renting out this house. However, as we've said, the beach house is your house. So the decision is yours—"

"Yes!" Yuya exclaimed, too excited to let his father finish his sentence. "Yes, let's move in! I'd love that!"

His parents chuckled at his enthusiasm, and Yoko said, "We figured you would, we just wanted to make sure the choice was yours. We'll go ahead and get ready to move in tomorrow."
