Zarc's Yuus

Subdued

The Lancers all rushed to Maiami Central Park, ready to duel Zarc (and possibly Yuri). Nobody knew what to expect. But they certainly didn't expect to find a subdued Zarc with all four of his reincarnations hanging off of him like he was a tree.

But that's exactly what they found when they arrived. Zarc looked like all the resistance and fight had left him. Yuya and Yugo were still in similar positions as they were in the video, while Yuri and Yuto had decided to hang off of Zarc's shoulders.

Zarc groaned when he saw the Lancers. "Really, Yuri? You sent the video to them? You know they don't like me very much!" Yuri just giggled, "Hey, that video was hilarious!"

"It's okay, guys!" Yuya said quickly, looking over to the Lancers. "It's cool! No need to panic! We got it all under control!"

The Lancers stopped, staring in confusion. It really did look like Zarc had no intention of hurting anyone at the moment. After a moment, he groaned, "Are you all done using me as your personal jungle gym? You four are heavy!"

Yuri tsked. "Rude!" he said, sticking out his tongue. To which Zarc looked at him in disbelief. "You try having four 52-and-a-half kilogram boys climbing on you! That's 210 kilograms of total weight on me right now!"

The four boys blinked in unison. Then, Yuri gave a nod. "Touche," he said. And as if on cue, all four boys got off of Zarc and released him. The Lancers all tensed up, but Zarc simply stretched and popped his back with a groan, then flopped down on the ground. "Ohh, my back is killing me! Next time, limit yourselves to just one or two of you climbing on me at a time, thank you!"

Yugo giggled as the four boys sat down around Zarc. The Lancers were just staring in utter bewilderment. After a moment, Yuzu finally spoke up. "I'm sorry... what...? How did all this happen? How did Zarc come back? How did you all become separated again?"

Zarc glanced at her for a moment, then smirked. "Wouldn't you like to know, hmm?"

"Be nice to Yuzu!" Yuya said, pouting furiously at Zarc. The asparagus-haired man looked at him silently for a few moments. It was almost like they were having a silent standoff. After a few moments, Zarc suddenly sat up and reached for his reincarnations. "C'mere, squirts!"

Then, he did something that truly shocked the Lancers. He pulled the four counterparts into his lap and kissed each of their foreheads. His reincarnations all seemed to be rather delighted by the act of affection, smiling happily and hugging him.

"Okay, what...?" Shun asked, staring in disbelief. "Why...? You're supposed to be the Demon Duelist, a cruel and sadistic man! Why are you being so nice to them?!"

Zarc raised an eyebrow at his question. "Of course I'm nice to them. They're my Yuus. Mine. I'm not going to hurt them! I would never hurt my Yuus! That's simply unthinkable!"

Nobody knew what to say to this, but everyone noticed Zarc pull his Yuus closer, almost protectively. His Yuus didn't seem to mind, either. It was like they knew what was going through Zarc's mind, and were okay with it.

"Well, as long as you don't do anything to endanger anyone... I suppose you can stay..." Reiji said hesitantly. "But I'll be keeping an eye on you!"
