Yuya and his counterparts get split into their own separate bodies, but more than that, Zarc is also back and separate from them. As if that wasn't enough of a shock, Zarc is also very protective and affectionate with his precious Yuus.

It was just another day in Maiami City, blue skies, birds chirping, and duels happening all over the city. The Dimensional War really seemed to officially be in the past. Ah, but the past has a nasty habit of rearing its ugly head when it's least wanted, doesn't it?
The Lancers were all given a very real reminder when a video was sent from Yuya's phone to their group chat. The thumbnail appeared to be a blur of movement, a sign that the video was recorded by an amateur. There was no hint that what the video showed would shake their world up until it was played.
The video turned out to shock everyone. As soon as the camera began rolling, it fixed on a sight that nobody could've imagined. There, on the screen, was Zarc. But he wasn't alone. Yuya, Yuto and Yugo were all on camera with him. Yugo was clambering on Zarc's back, looking like he was having a lot of fun. Yuya was clinging to Zarc's front, his arms wrapped tightly around the asparagus-haired man's waist and his legs wrapped around Zarc's hips, looking like a very agitated koala bear. Meanwhile, Yuto was just standing next to Zarc, holding onto the hem of his shirt. Yuri was nowhere to be seen, but then again he was probably the one recording the video.

"Get off!" Zarc sounded like he'd been trying to get Yuya and Yugo off him for quite some time. Though from what it seemed in the video, he didn't appear to be really trying very hard to get the two boys off him. It was almost like he was just putting up a token struggle. He tried to push Yuya off, but Yuya only seemed to tighten his grip on the older man. Zarc hissed a swear word, and Yuya growled, "Language!"
"You can't escape us, Zarc!" okay, Yugo was definitely having fun, it was obvious from his cheerful tone. "Just give in and accept your fate!"
"NEVER!" Zarc yelled. "OFF!" The sound of Yuri chuckling from behind the camera confirmed that he was in fact the one recording the video.
"Let me go!" Zarc snarled. Yuto tightened his grip on his shirt as he replied, "You're not going anywhere!"
Zarc let out a string of cuss words, and Yuri's voice spoke, "Hey! Language! There are little Yuyas present!"
Somehow that seemed to make Zarc stop cursing, though he glared toward the camera. After a moment, his eyes widened. "Are you recording?!" he yelled. Yuri giggled. "Yep!~"
"Stop recording!" Zarc started trying to approach the camera, but the weight of Yuya and Yugo on him seemed to be making it difficult for him to move. "Yuri! Delete that immediately!"
"Nope!~" Yuri giggled again, though he seemed to be backing away a little to keep Zarc from getting to the camera.
After a moment more of trying to get closer, Zarc gasped. "Yuya! I can't breathe! Loosen up a bit!" Yuya seemed to comply, and Zarc took a few seemingly much needed deep breaths. After a moment, Yuya glanced toward the camera. "Yuri, help us make sure Zarc can't escape!"
"Okay!~" The camera started moving down and there was a second where Yuri's shoes could be seen. Then the video cut off.
The Lancers were all in shock for a while. Zarc was back?! And Yuya, Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri were all separate people from him and each other? How could this possibly have happened?!
After a moment's shocked silence, Reiji sent a single message in the group chat.
