"Come on!" Harley groaned, lightly honking her horn as another car cut her off.

They had spent the whole morning at the hospital, and Harley felt different. It wasn't like all of her negative feelings had disappeared, because honestly she was probably the most confused she'd ever been in her life. There was a weight lifted off her chest, but now it felt like there was a new one put on her shoulders.

But now having the last forty-five minutes to think in traffic she knew she didn't know a lot, but she knew she wanted Jenna.

Harley wasn't the type to fall for someone easy. In her twenty years of living she had only ever liked one person. But meeting Jenna hit her like a train, she knew it would be hard and she knew her timing was off, but she didn't care by the end of today the actress was gonna know how she felt.

A notification popped up on the console screen, catching Harley's attention and pulling her out of her thoughts.

Jessie 🙌
Jenna's management just got here, how close are you?

Harley pursed her lips, picking up her phone from the console and texting back she'd be there in ten minutes.

The singer got in the right lane, turning to make the exit, as she tapped on the screen once again,  clicking on Jenna's contact.

The phone rang out, eventually being sent to the girl's voicemail. Her finger's tapped on the steering wheel as she pulled into the parking garage of the office, and parking in the first spot she saw.

She grabbed her phone from the cupholder, a message popping up from Jenna.

Jenny💗
hey i'm walking in right now
dinner after? i think we need to talk

The singer's eyes scanned the message, she knew she was an over thinker, but the message was blunt... right? She was just about to screenshot the message and send it to Lacy, but her eyes stuck to the time at the top of her phone screen. "Oh, shit," she mumbled, quickly shutting off her phone and hopping out the car.

She speed walked down the hall, getting to Jessie's office door, she lightly knocked on it before entering.

Her eyes scanned the room, Jenna's manager seated next to Jessie, while the actress sat across from him. "Hey, Ly," Jessie said, looking up from the paperwork in front of her.

"Hey guys, how y'all doing?" Harley asked politely, walking around the table and taking her seat next to Jenna.

Jenna looked up at the girl giving her a small smile, before turning back to the two older people in front of her.

The man smiled, "Good, thank you, Harley," He looked over to the woman next to him, earning a nod from her. "Alright, now that you are both here we can begin."

He looked in between the two young stars, "so, as we know this stunt has gone even better than expected."

Jessie nodded, "people have gone crazy for the two of you, and that's exactly what we needed over these few months, but..." she trailed off, sliding over the contract to the two girls, "we think it's best if it comes to an end right about now."

Harley bit her lip, glancing down at the contract as Jenna reached over, her painted nails picking up the paper.

"Jenna, now that you're gonna be on a bunch of press for BeatleJuice and filming for Wednesday, your popularity is gonna start to spike again." The young actress just hummed, eyes still scanning the paper. "And Harley the deluxe version of your album is finally dropping in four days, and now with your tour starting you're probably gonna start going viral on TikTok and stuff like that." Michael spoke, leaning back in his seat.
