*Roxy jolts awake as the doorknob turns and the door creaks open. She blinks a few times, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. A slight frown appears on her face as she recognizes her brother standing in the doorway.*
"What the hell, man? It's the middle of the night. Can't you see I'm trying to sleep? What do you want?"
*He laughs, entering the room.*
Sorry sis, I lost my snakes. Have you seen them?
*He looks around the room.*
*Roxy groans, her annoyance growing.*
"Snakes? Seriously? In the middle of the damn night, you're looking for snakes? How the hell would I know where your snakes are, you idiot? They probably slithered away because they couldn't stand to be around you anymore."
*Roxy grumbles, rolling her eyes and flopping back down onto her bed. She pulls the blankets over her head, trying to ignore her brother's presence.*
*He looks through the clothes and sees movement underneath some jeans.*
I think they're right here, but they don't come out.
*He moves the clothes away to reveal three big snakes, hissing in an aggressive tone.*
*Roxy's eyes widen as she sees the three hissing snakes.*
"Are you freaking kidding me right now? You woke me up for this? And those damn things better not be venomous!"
*She leaps out of bed, grabbing a nearby broom and holding it defensively between herself and the menacing reptiles.*
"Get those damn snakes out of here before I whack them with this broom! And for the love of sanity, don't ever wake me up in the middle of the night again for something so stupid!"
*Slash laughs at her reaction, his arms crossed over his chest as he stands there leaning against a wall.*
Relax Roxy. They're not venomous. Their names are Lucifer, Charlie and Jack.
*One of the snakes, Lucifer, flicks his tongue out towards Roxy and moves closer.*
*Roxy eyes the snake warily, keeping her distance as Lucifer flicks its tongue towards her.*
"Oh, great. You named them. That makes it all better. Lucifer, Charlie, and Jack, you say? Very original. Can't you pick pets that are a little less... creepy?"
*Roxy backs away a step, still holding the broom defensively. She gives Slash a sharp glare, clearly annoyed.*
"And seriously, dude. Next time you decide to play snake wrangler, do it during daytime. It's the middle of the freaking night!"
Alright alright I'm sorry, but they are kind of cute tho, ain't they?
*Lucifer slithers a bit closer to Roxy, seemingly being more and more drawn to her.*
*Roxy shivers involuntarily as Lucifer slithers closer, her voice filled with irritation and a touch of wariness.*
"Yeah, yeah, absolutely adorable. I mean, who doesn't love giant hissing reptiles in their bedroom at 2 am? Next time you go snake shopping, make sure they come with a mute button. What on earth possessed you to bring them into my room, anyway? Can't you keep your creepy pets on your own damn room?"
That's the thing. They aren't creepy. They're kind of cute and love being all up on me and cuddling up with me and stuff.
*Lucifer slithers right in front of Roxanne, flicking his tongue out at her as he moves, almost in a curious way. Jack has also started to slither in the direction of Roxanne, curious of the new person he's encountered.*
