Ch 12

The whole of Bombay was asleep, but Rocky kept on switching his sides in order to sleep, the room was filled with darkness and the ceiling fan was moving with an irritating sound. Sleep deprived Rocky opened his eyes, and glanced at his left and saw the lady who slept peacefully whose face was visible through the dark folds of the night.

The way my life deliberately changed after visiting Mama,
I had no female influence in my life,except for my mother but
Reena entered my life, I got married to her without knowing anything about her likes dislikes, all I know that she doesn't like the smell of alcohol, so I avoided it as much I could. I don't have a clean past. I told her about my profession, and also about my one night stands.  One night stands  I had one or two I don't remember exactly, it was long back.
But today I  felt a different feeling, when I heard the conversation between reena and that lady. She told I sleep with Milky and reena didn't oppose it. I felt a stab on my  body when I saw a silent reena.
I thought she trusted me, do she?
I never slept with Milky, I gave her shelter in my house, I helped her that was my fault, and  from the next day rumours brusted, but I didn't cared until today, today I cared about my image, what Reena thought of me when she heard that.
Maybe I was a liar
I betrayed her
And I will cheat on her anytime soon
She might be thinking so low of me,

I wasn't able to think properly, the night appeared to be short, when I glanced at the clock in our room
It was 4:30 am in the morning. I closed my eyes, I don't know when I slept And when I woke up the room was filled with sunlight, the sound of vehicles, people was audible. I glanced at the clock  10 am. 

I got off the bed and the side of my bed was empty. I went outside of the bedroom, she wasn't in the hall.

Where did she go?

I was tensed yet Clam. I went outside  of the house but I bumped into someone.

I don't know who's she but she fell on floor with her buckets

I gave her my hand, she trembled seeing me.

'Rocky..' she shivered but was about to get up until her mother came and made her stand and started to hit her

'Bola na aise gundo ke aas pass bhi mat jana, kyu gai' her mother slapped her head and went on mumbling something.

'Told you not to go around such hooligans, why did you go?' 

I saw the people of the building gathered at the compound, yelling and fighting for who gets the water first I also spotted reena struggling to get water. As the water truck stood there

As soon as I saw Reena struggling I went down. She saw me approaching  towards her, she stopped struggling and stood at a side
As soon as i stood there the crowd went silent.

'Arrey Rocky bhai apne kyu taklif li Pani lane ki, hum Haan na bejwa dete.' Someone from the crowd spoke,and everyone started agreeing 

'Arrey Rocky why did you come to take the water? We are there na we would personally deliver water at your place'

'Gunda hi toh Haan itna kya dar...' someone tried to speak but was stopped by the people.

'He's just a human who do nasty things.'

Everyone gave me  side  and cleared the path to get water. I gestured reena to get the water. She did take the water in two big buckets.

As the water filled the buckets i took it from her hands and moved to our house while she followed me.

Reena made the breakfast and I freshened up in the bathroom.

'Reena did you filled the form?' I asked her as I was eating my breakfast 

She nodded, and handed it to me along with her few certificates.

'We are going to the market in the evening be ready' I told as I completed my breakfast, and she took the plate.

She didn't even spoke a word, was she angry for last night?

Left the house, as I started my bike on the road I glanced at the balcony of ours through the mirror, and I saw her peeping. After submitting her form and certificates I left to the port

As I was checking the boxes of Gold Raju came hurriedly

'Bhaii jagga ko kisi ladki ne thappad mara' Raju laughed, I didn't cared. I don't want any drama for now.

'Rocky some lady slapped jagga'

'Kyu' chacha asked as I was checking the Gold from Africa 

'Why?'

'I don't know, but jagga bought that lady infront of Shetty. He's quite hurt' Raju laughed, he didn't liked jagga at all.  But wait that lady infront of Shetty.

'Chal' I said as walked towards my bike. She might get hurt, what if Jagga hurts her. I was concerned about that lady as I knew Jagga and his boys didn't hold any good intentions.

'Come'

As I entered Shetty's Office,
I saw the group of men,  shetty sat on his throne and the lady infront of him, Jagga was shooting daggers at her.

'Arrey Rocky tu yeha?' Shetty asked as he saw me, everyone turned towards me

'Rocky you here?'

the lady turned, chacha, Raju froze at their places, My face was blank

Reena!

I know how you guys her desperately waiting for roeena to unite, but can't help it. As I want to show how with time their bond grows... so please don't be upset.
