Charlotte tried to quiet her hunger by falling asleep, while her daughters played princesses in their room. Suddenly, she was jolted awake by the sound of fire outside. Grabbing the gun next to her, she cautiously walked outside.

"Whoa," Mia exclaimed.

"Why is there a fire, Amelia?" Charlotte asked, her concern evident.

"You're never going to believe this, sweetheart," Mia said, leading Charlotte and the others inside.

They both sat down as Carly and Jodie began organizing everything in the fridge and cupboards.

"I found an antidote, so we can't become Eoldrans," Mia said. "Except, I didn't quite read the label fully."

"What does that mean?" Charlotte asked.

"Well, it has side effects," Mia said, her excitement mixed with concern.

"What kind of side effects?" Charlotte asked.

Before Mia could answer, Reece chimed in, "Superpowers."

"What?!" Charlotte exclaimed.

"Yeah, so... we have superpowers," Mia said.

"I... what? Is that what the fire was?!" Charlotte asked.

"Yup. I got fire. How cool is that?!" Mia said.

"Can you control it?!" Charlotte asked.

"Not yet," Mia admitted, becoming slightly concerned.

"You're going to burn the house down," Charlotte said.

"Eh," Mia shrugged.

"So what kind of 'superpowers' does everyone else have?" Charlotte asked.

"We don't know. Only Mia's have appeared so far," Reece said.

"That's just great, isn't it?" Charlotte said.

"I saved one for you," Mia said.

"Oh really?" Charlotte asked.

"Yup. You want it?" Mia asked.

"Wait, what about Winter?" Charlotte asked.

"Think about yourself for once," Mia said.

Charlotte tilted her head, waiting for a response.

"Autumn got one for him," Mia added.

"Wait, what about my daughters?" Charlotte asked.

"Got one for each of them too," Mia said. Charlotte smiled at her consideration.

"Fine, I'll take it." Charlotte drank the antidote from the small bottle. "Ugh, it tastes disgusting," she joked.

"Yup. But now you can't become an Eoldran," Mia said.

"Wait, can we still die from them? Or are we immune now?" Charlotte asked.

"No, they can still kill us, but we can't become them," Mia confirmed.

"Oh," Charlotte said.

As everyone organized the supplies, Mia paused Carly, "Hold on, give me that. It's for Ella," she said.

"Got it," Carly replied, handing over the package.

Ella and Lila, having heard Mia's voice, hurried downstairs, eager to see if she'd brought what she promised. Mia handed them each a slice of cake she'd found at an abandoned bakery. She'd thoroughly checked it for safety before bringing it back. The girls eagerly accepted the treat.
