Chapter 19 - Secret

3rd day.

I was heading to the medical centre to take Emaya for breakfast. That's the only place to find her.

I was at the doorstep of the medical centre. And I heard Jaekyung's voice.

"She's adorable isn't she?"

And then I heard the doctor say,

"Yes. She is. She's the daughter of  Ms. Kiara-"

"'s friend." I cut him off entering the room and giving him a dead look.

I didn't want Jaekyung to know that Emaya is his daughter. He will leave soon so I have to keep this secret from him a little bit longer.

I walked towards them. Both of their eyes were on me. Emaya was sitting on his bed..

I paused for a moment... They look so good together...
What an adorable scenery it is.

"Ahum... Baby, your mother asked you to come with me. You need to have your Breakfast." I said.

"Buth you're-"

"Shut up and come kid!" I cut her off.

Oh, these people!

"She's so rude." Emaya complained to Jaekyung with a pout face.

"You work for your employees too? I thought you're the CEO here." Jaekyung said.

"She's my friend's daughter."

"She's ly-"

"You're coming or not?" I asked.

"Coming...." She kissed Jaekyung's cheeks and ran towards me.

"Dr. Fernando, meet me at my office after the lunch break."

"Sure." Said the doctor and I left with my daughter.

We were heading towards my office. 

"Mom? Why did you lie to Dad?" Emaya asked.

"I just did it." I replied.

"Buth you always say thath lying is noth a good person thing..."

I stopped and bent to her size

"Baby, can you do me a favour?" I asked and she nodded.

"Please don't tell him that I'm your mother okay?"

"But why?" She asked.

"Just can you do that for mama? Please?"

"Sure... I won'th tell him."

After the lunch break.

"Ms. Kiara, may I come in?" The doctor asked.

"Come in."
And he entered my office room.

"Jaekyung. Does he know about my relationship with Emaya?" I asked.

"No madam."

"Good. Don't let him know that she's my daughter."

"He's the father of your daughter right?" He asked.

Why he's asking something like that? How he can know about that?

"Why do you think like that? I adopted Emaya."

"No miss. You're lying. They have so many similarities.  As a doctor, I can catch them so easily. As I was curious about it I took blood samples from your daughter and Mr. Kim and checked. He is her biological father."

I rose from my seat.

"HOW DARE YOU TO TAKE BLOOD SAMPLES FROM MY DAUGHTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!?" I shouted at him.

"Calm down miss. And I'm sorry for what I did. I won't tell this to anyone even to Mr. Kim."

"You better not. Or else you're fired. Keep that in your mind."
And then he left.

Now, there are three people who know my secret. Aunt, Dr. Fernando and me.

I know Dr. Fernando very well. He's not a bad person. I can keep trust in him.
