Psychopath 'sī-kə-path
- a person having an egocentric and antisocial personality marked by a lack of remorse for one's actions, an absence of empathy for others, and often criminal tendencies.

--------------------------------------

Jimin’s descent into psychopathy was shaped by a series of traumatic events and damaging environmental influences that began early in his life.

The first signs emerged when he started killing animals in their backyard. His mother was disturbed by his behavior, but his father dismissed it as nothing more than "cuteness aggression," a phase he believed Jimin would grow out of. This lack of intervention allowed Jimin's dark tendencies to develop unchecked.

As he grew, Jimin was heavily influenced by his father's strict and harmful beliefs. His father constantly drilled into him that crying was a sign of weakness, something unforgivable in their household.

Jimin indulged this lesson fully, suppressing any emotion that might make him appear vulnerable. Even when he was bullied and mistreated, Jimin never fought back or shed a tear, setting aside his pain instead. This emotional suppression began to strip away his empathy, leaving him increasingly detached from others.

When Jimin turned 18, a traumatic event occurred at a party. Jimin, who was popular for his kindness, was taken advantage of by three individuals who used his intoxicated state against him. The details of this incident were deeply traumatic, but Jimin, conditioned by years of suppressing his emotions, did not cry or seek help afterward. Instead, he buried the experience deep within himself, further fueling his emotional numbness and detachment.

The loss of his father further deepened Jimin's emotional void. At the funeral, while others wept, Jimin stood stone-faced, unable to cry. His father’s words, that crying was a sign of weakness, echoed in his mind. This grief compounded his already fragile mental state.

And because of that, Jimin began to self-harm, using physical pain as a way to punish himself for the emotional turmoil he could not express. Each cut was a reminder of the pain he believed he deserved, driving him further into darkness. You'd see fresh wounds in his wrist, his chest, even in his neck.

The final blow to Jimin’s psyche came with the brutal murder of his girlfriend—the one person who had brought some light back into his life. When Jimin discovered her body, sprawled in her living room, the shock was overwhelming to him, but instead of sorrow, he felt a dark, twisted release.

The years of suppressed emotion, trauma, and pain finally manifested in a way he could not control, and he let out the creepiest, chilling, maniacal laugh.
