"Did you hear about Seulgi?" Jin started, his voice barely above a whisper. "I can't believe it. We just saw her yesterday."

Namjoon nodded, his expression grim. "Yeah, it's all over the news. They say it was brutal. The police are still trying to piece together what happened."

Taehyung shivered, wrapping his arms around himself. "It's so creepy. I mean, she was just here with us. How could something like this happen so suddenly?"

Yoongi, pale and shaken, looked down at his phone, scrolling through the messages he had sent to Jimin. "I texted Jimin this morning, but he hasn't replied. It's not like him to disappear like this."

Jungkook, trying to lighten the mood but failing, said, "Maybe he's just overwhelmed. I mean, we all are. This is some serious shit."

Hoseok leaned in, his voice low and filled with concern. "You don't think he... I mean, he seemed fine yesterday, right? Maybe he just needed some time alone."

Yoongi shook his head. "I don't know, Hobi. Jimin doesn't usually go off the grid like this without saying something. It's worrying."

Taehyung added, "We should check his place after school. Make sure he's okay. This whole situation is just... it's too much."

Jin nodded. "Agreed. But we also need to be careful. There's a killer out there, and we don't know who it is or why they're doing this."

Yoongi sat on his bed, staring at his phone. He had called Jimin multiple times, but each attempt went straight to voicemail. The unease gnawing at him grew stronger with each unanswered call. Finally, he decided to call Jimin's mom, hoping she might know where Jimin was.

The phone rang a few times before Jimin's mom answered, her voice cautious. "Hello?"

"Hi, Mrs. Park, it's Yoongi. I'm sorry to bother you, but have you heard from Jimin? He hasn't been answering my calls, and I'm really worried."

There was a brief pause before she replied, her voice now tinged with nervousness. "Oh, Yoongi. No, I haven't heard from him today. Is everything alright? Why are you looking for him?"

Yoongi took a deep breath, trying to keep his worry from turning into panic. "He didn't come to school today, and he hasn't been responding to my messages or calls. With everything that's been happening lately, I'm just really concerned. Do you know where he might be?"

Jimin's mom hesitated, her voice trembling slightly. "I-I don't know where he is, Yoongi. But I can give you his address. Maybe you can check on him for me. I'm so worried about him."

Yoongi's heart sank at the obvious anxiety in her voice. "Of course, Mrs. Park. Please, give me his address. I'll go check on him right away."

She quickly rattled off the address, her voice shaky. "It's ****** *******. Please, Yoongi, if you find him, make sure he's okay and let me know. I can't lose him."

Yoongi jotted down the address, his resolve strengthening. "I will, Mrs. Park. I promise. I'll call you as soon as I find him. Thank you."

"Thank you, Yoongi. Please be careful," she said before hanging up.

------

"What are you doing here, Yoongi? How did you know my address?" Jimin asked, his tone confused.

Yoongi's face was a storm of emotions. "What do you mean, what am I doing here? You've been MIA all day, not answering my calls or texts. Your mom gave me your address because she's worried sick. Do you have any idea what's been going on? Seulgi was murdered, Jimin!"
