Taehyung paced nervously in Yoongi's living room, wringing his hands. They had just came back to their own houses just near the university. And it's back-to-school tomorrow.

"Y-You what?!" Yoongi's voice rose in shock, his eyes wide. He felt a surge of jealousy and frustration that he couldn't fully understand yet. "You kissed him, Taehyung?! Are you out of your mind?"

Taehyung, sitting on the couch with his shoulders hunched, looked up with a mix of embarrassment and anxiety. "I-I didn't mean to make things awkward! I just... I just really like Jimin, and I thought... I thought I should tell him."

Yoongi paced back and forth, his face flushed with irritation. "You thought? You didn't even think about how that might affect things? Jimin... he's-" Yoongi cut himself off, running a hand through his hair. "Why did you have to go and make things complicated? Especially with someone like Jimin who doesn't even seem interested in you like that!"

Taehyung bit his lip, looking increasingly embarrassed. "I know, Yoongi. I know it was sudden and maybe a mistake. But he... he didn't push me away or anything. I thought maybe... just maybe..."

Yoongi's jaw tightened. "Maybe what? Maybe he'd just fall for you right away? You don't know what you're doing, Taehyung! Jimin's not some toy you can just try out and see if he likes you back."

Taehyung's eyes widened, and he let out a squeal of frustration. "I know, okay?! I'm not a kid! I just didn't want to keep it to myself any longer! And you-you're acting like you've got some sort of claim on him or something!"

Yoongi's eyes flared with anger. "I don't have a claim on him, but you know what? It's not just about you and your stupid confession. Jimin's got his own issues and feelings. It's not just about what you want."

Taehyung stood up, his face flushed and hands trembling. "And what about you, Yoongi? You've been all weird around Jimin too. What's your deal? You like him or something?"

Yoongi's face turned red, both from anger and embarrassment. "Maybe I do! But that's not the point right now. The point is that you're messing things up when we're just trying to figure things out!"

Taehyung's mouth dropped open in shock. "Wait, you... you like Jimin? Is that why you've been so-"

Yoongi cut him off, his voice rising. "Yes, I like Jimin! And it's not something I'm just going to throw around! But that doesn't mean you should just waltz in and make things even more complicated. I'm trying to figure things out too, and now you've just made everything a hundred times worse!"

The two boys sat at opposite ends, barely acknowledging each other, their usual closeness replaced by a cold, simmering hostility.

Jin glanced between Taehyung and Yoongi, his eyebrows raised in concern. "Okay, what's going on with you two? You're acting like you've been through a tornado."

Taehyung tried to force a smile, but it came out strained. "Nothing, just... a little disagreement."

Hoseok leaned in with a mischievous grin. "A little disagreement? You guys look like you're ready to throw down in the middle of the cafeteria."

Jungkook, sitting beside Hoseok, nodded. "Yeah, what's up with all the glaring? You two used to be so close. Did someone forget to share their snack or something?"

Yoongi shot them a glare, clearly annoyed. "It's not about snacks, guys."

Namjoon raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued. "Come on, Yoongi. You and Taehyung have been joined at the hip for ages. It's weird seeing you both like this."

Taehyung shifted uncomfortably in his seat, trying to avoid eye contact. "It's just... personal stuff."

Jin, ever the mediator, tried to ease the tension. "Personal stuff, huh? Well, if you want to talk about it, we're here to listen."

Hoseok grinned, leaning back in his chair. "Or maybe you're just fighting over something silly, like who gets the last piece of cake?"

Yoongi's frustration boiled over. "It's not about cake! It's just... complicated."

Jungkook chuckled. "Complicated? Sounds like a soap opera. Maybe you two should take a break from each other."

Taehyung shot Yoongi a sideways glance. "Maybe that's not such a bad idea."

Namjoon put a hand on Taehyung's shoulder. "Seriously, guys. Whatever's going on, it's clear it's affecting everyone. We just want to help."

Hoseok raised his glass in a toast. "To solving whatever the heck is going on and getting our favorite duo back to normal!"

Yoongi and Taehyung shot a disgusting look at each other. "Tsk,"

They stopped talking when Jimin appeared in the crowds together with Taemin-his friend.

Taehyung and Yoongi stood up abruptly. "Jimin!" They both said in unison as the orange haired guy looked over to them.

The boys looked at each other and Jin exclaimed. "Oh my fucking gosh. You both like the same guy?!"
