Once the clock reaches 6 pm, I get up and try to leave to go home.

"Stay with me. One more night, please?" Jennifer begs, holding onto my waist stopping me from getting up.

"We have work tomorrow." I remind her. "So we can go together, then after I can go to your house and get my clothes and car."

I mean yeah... sounds reasonable enough for me.

I also just really want to spend one more night with Jennifer.

It's like I can't get enough of her. I used to hate being around her, but now I never want to leave.

"Okay, I'll stay. For one more night." Jennifer jumps on top of me, kissing me.

"Just wait till tomorrow when I talk you into letting me stay with you." Jennifer says, wiggling her eyebrows trying to look mischievous.

"It honestly won't take much convincing." I tuck her blonde hair behind her ears giving me a better view of her face.

That beautiful face.

"Wanna DoorDash later?" Jennifer asks, and I nod.

We lay in silence. Jennifer folds her hands together, resting them on my chest.

She rests her head on her hands. I use my hands to play with the hair that is laying everywhere.

"Why don't you go by Yunjin?" I ask mindlessly.

"Mmm... my parents." Jennifer says softly. "What did they do?"

"You won't want to hear. Just crappy parent things." Jennifer gives me a weak smile, but I just shake my head.

"I want you to know that you can talk to me. I seen you drunk Jen... it's something that bothers you. If you don't want to say anything because you aren't comfortable, then that's fine and you don't have to. If it's because you're worried about annoying me, you aren't."

Jennifer smiles, and nods.

"You're being so caring with me." Jennifer says, and I nod.

"If we are going to do this we might as well do it right."

Jennifer's eyes go back and forth from both my eyes, chewing the inside of her lip.

I run my hands through her hair hoping it'll give her some kind of comfort.

"They used it to show me they were ashamed of me. They refused to call me Jennifer or Jen. Even when we lived in Korea at home they would call me Jen until I came out to them. The only other time they would call me Yunjin was when they were upset."

"They made me hate my own name." Jennifer scoffs, shaking her head.

I grab her face making her look at me.

"You're name is perfect. It has whatever meaning you want it to have, because it's yours." Jennifer nods slowly. Her face softens, and I can see the thoughts running in her head.

"Help me give it another meaning." Jennifer says, and I furrow my brows at her.

"Call me Yunjin, so when I hear someone call me it I don't think of my parents and their cruelty... I'll think of you."

My heart starts beating impossibly faster.

I rub her cheeks with my thumbs.

"Okay, I won't disappoint you." I raise my hand to my head, saluting her.

Yunjins jaw drops. She sits up and starts tickling my sides. I push her hands away, laughing, but unable to move because of her legs pinning me down.

"Yunjin!" I scream through laughs. She promptly stops, smiling biting her bottom lip.
