Yunjin

"What are you doing here?" I ask, sitting down at the table.

Wonyoung follows behind me, sitting beside me.

Seeing her brings back so many memories. Some good ones of course, but also so many bad ones that I was just starting to get over.

"I told you Yunjin I just want to talk." The name hurts more than anything.

I try to relate it to Chaewon, but seeing it come out of someone's mouth who was there through it all doesn't make it easy.

"It's Jennifer." I correct her. She furrows her brows.

"You just threw out the name Yunjin? See, we have so much to catch up on."

"No we don't Wonyoung. You coming here was a waste of time."

"You don't miss me? Even just a little bit? I miss you Jen. I see all your posts of your life in New York, and I miss you."

"I did miss you, but that was when I was still heartbroken because of you. I don't miss you anymore."

I look at Wonyoung and I don't see much. I don't feel much of anything towards her, except maybe a little resentment.

"If you see my life, can't you see that I'm happy now?" I ask.

"Well of course you look happier then when I last seen you, but I wanted to come talk to you in person."

I won't let her know, but her showing up here drives me insane.

That's what she wants.

"I know what you're expecting from this and it's not happening." I tell her.

Wonyoung grabs my hand. "Jen..."

I pull my hand away.

"I know you, Wonyoung. You aren't here for any selfless reason." Wonyoung looks offended by my words, but I'm not speaking anything further from the truth.

"Yunjin, I'm here for you. I came all the way here for you."

Does she think her saying it's all for me makes me want her more? She's mistaken... it angers me more than anything.

"Why? Why now? Why not a month ago?" I ask.

I want answers. They may just give me that last piece of closure I need.

"Because the breakup was still fresh. I would've looked like an idiot running back to you a day or even a week after I broke up with you." I scoff at her.

That's what she was so worried about? Looking like an idiot? Not my feelings?

"How do you think you look right now?" I ask.

"Look, I know you're mad, but don't be. I've matured."

"You're too late now. A month ago I would've taken you back in a heartbeat, but right now I want nothing to do with you."

Wonyoung grabs my hand once again.

"Yunjin, I'm going home." Chaewon says, walking out from the back with her eyes locked on Wonyoung's hand on mine.

I immediately rip my hand away from Wonyoungs, standing up.

"Wait. Chaewon please just wait."

"Zuha come on!" Chaewon yells, and Kazuha comes from the back.

"Chaewon please just stay." I plead with her, grabbing her hand.

"I'll get her out of here, please just stay." Chaewon looks at me, and nods slowly. I let out a breath.
