When Draupadi and the Pandavas arrived at Indraprastha, the air was filled with anticipation and joy. The grand city, adorned with flags and flowers, looked even more resplendent in the glow of the setting sun. People gathered to witness the arrival of their future queen, Draupadi, and their beloved princes, the Pandavas.

At the entrance of the palace, Kunti and Madri stood together, eagerly awaiting their sons and their new daughter-in-law. Their faces were lit with pride and happiness, knowing that their family was now complete with the arrival of Draupadi.

As the chariot came to a halt, Kunti stepped forward, her eyes shining with maternal love. Madri followed, her expression warm and welcoming. The Pandavas dismounted their horses and helped Draupadi step down from the chariot, treating her with the utmost care and reverence.

Kunti approached Draupadi first, placing a hand on her head in blessing. “Welcome, my dear daughter,” she said with a gentle smile. “May you bring prosperity and happiness to this house as you did in Panchala.”

Madri, standing beside Kunti, also blessed Draupadi. “You are the light that will brighten this home, just as you have brightened the hearts of my sons. Welcome to your new home, my child.”

Draupadi, feeling the warmth and love from her new mothers, bowed her head respectfully, her heart swelling with emotion. “Thank you, Matha,” she said softly, addressing both Kunti and Madri, “for welcoming me so graciously. I promise to honor this family and its traditions.”

The Pandavas, standing proudly behind Draupadi, exchanged satisfied glances. They were relieved and happy to see the bond forming between Draupadi and their mothers.

Kunti and Madri then led the group inside the palace, where the entire household awaited them. The atmosphere was filled with the sound of conch shells and the chanting of mantras, symbolizing the auspiciousness of the occasion. As Draupadi crossed the threshold, she scattered rice and flowers, symbolizing her role as the bringer of prosperity and well-being to her new home.

Inside, a grand celebration was held in honor of their arrival, with music, dance, and feasting. The palace was alive with laughter and joy, as everyone gathered to welcome Draupadi and celebrate the unity of the Pandavas with their bride.

As the night wore on, Kunti and Madri continued to shower Draupadi with affection and guidance, ensuring that she felt at home in Indraprastha. The Pandavas, watching from a distance, felt a deep sense of contentment. They knew that with Draupadi by their side and their mothers’ blessings, their future in Indraprastha was destined to be filled with love, harmony, and prosperity.
