It has now been a few days since the end of The Harvest Festival. During that time, all of the damages in the city included Kardia Cathedral were completely repaired thanks to the efforts of Kagari and Atlas.
Many things had occurred the last few days in Fairy Tail. Members had begun to notice that Laxus was nowhere to be found. It was then that Makarov announced that he expelled Laxus. As everyone has there own reactions, Natsu has a massive fit about the whole situation.
"2 Days after the Fantasia Parade..."
Natsu: Why'd you kick him out, gramps!? Couldn't you have just sent him to his room or somethin'!?
As Natsu talked, Makarov sat at the bar and didn't respond to his remarks. Kagari simply shook his head as he watched the scene play out.
Natsu: I THOUGHT HE WAS PART OF OUR FAMILY!!!
Natsu: We all know he's a jerk, but c'mon!
Kagari: Natsu, he's gone. You need to calm yourself down.
Natsu: How am I supposed to calm down! Now that he's gone, I'll never get the chance to fight him again!
Kagari: You've already had your chance. Deal with it.
Natsu: I had to eat your weird fire to do it! I just know that I'd be strong enough to do it, next time!
Erza: That's enough!
Erza stepped up and grabbed Natsu by his shoulder.
Erza: Imagine how the master must be feeling right now! You think he expelled Laxus just because he wanted to?!
Natsu: No, but...
Kagari's Thoughts: I guess even after all he's done. Natsu still believes in him. Given Laxus's attitude before he left... I believe I can understand.
Happy: I still can't believe he ended up being a Dragon Slayer just like you.
Makarov: No. Laxus was never a real Dragon Slayer.
Makarov gave the full story. When Laxus was a child, he had been a frail and sickly boy.

To fix this, his father, Ivan who was also expelled from the guild, implanted a lacrima into his son to give Laxus the ability to use Dragon Slayer Magic.
Makarov: I'm sorry that I never told any of you this before...
The majority of the guild was surprised from this news.
Happy: Wow! I didn't even know something like that existed. Dragon Slayer lacrima?
Kagari's Thoughts: Hmm, I guess there are other ways to become a Dragon Slayer... but still something like a Dragon Slayer Lacrima would be a very useful possession to have...
